I've got a gs450 thats been stopped for the last 35 years, it has something like 7000 miles and when they stopped using it, it was running perfectly, I now want to make it run again, what would you recomend me to do?
Nope. That you will want to fix. You have a bad oil seal. Which isn’t uncommon. Great question. If you need more helpful tips, check out: ua-cam.com/video/X0AdFxkJiOg/v-deo.html and if you need parts: www.ebay.com/str/midnebraskamotorsports. thanks for watching and the comment.

Hey what would you do if you stripped the 3 bolts holding down the oil filter on a gs450a? Tap and die? Asking for a friend
Is it normal to have a stator side full of gas or oil

How much was the total rebuild?
Do you know the carberator size at the head? Is it 34mm?
Those are not Philips screws they are JIS and using Philips headed screwdrivers are exactly the reason why they are chewed up
Reason #7,351-C to throw them in the trash and replace them with allen head screws.
really?
