Believe it or not, Swamp Thing is my favorite DC character. It all started with the amazing Moore run, but then I went backwards and decided to check out the Len Wein era: while not as good as what Moore came up with later, it was still very enjoyable and the fact that it was pencilled by the iconic Wrighston helped a ton. Finally, I thought the NEW 52 run was quite decent, mainly because of the art and an ok story. It sucks that this Prime Statue arrived with so many issues, but I'm glad you still enjoyed it. My favorite display option would be the Bronze Era head with the bird on hand. Overall outstanding piece that I'd love to own.

Real sick Swamp Thing piece, sucks it had those issues. I do think think we still haven’t gotten the pivotal Swamp Thing statue just yet. Definitely my favorite base out of all the statues released so far tho and head sculpt with the root arch of the nose.
Man, the condition of this piece is inexcusable. I like the statue, but don't love it. Kinda wish it wax a slightly brighter green. A little to dark for me. I'm currently reading the Broze Age Swamp Thing Omnibus, before I read the Moore Absolutes. Friggin love it so far.

Love the base. With the animals and vines and everything. The New 52 head seems to match much better with the rest of the body. I just feel like the execution / engineering is lacking a bit with P1 these days. The bird peg that doesn't go all the way reminds me of the issue with Puck on the Guts 1:3. And also I find a lot of the seems very visible.
To this day this is one of the most impressive statues I’ve seen. I love all the detail. Curious, I may still know the answer lol but of all the 1/3 scale pieces from P1 you have, do you like this one the best now or Supes still?
Are you going to keep it, considering the imperfections, or have Prime One send you a new one. I can take minuscule issues; however, those speckles would be hard to live with.
Not sure how this would hold up exposed to the elements, but if you had a garden it would be pretty tight to have it protected by the Avatar of the Green... rather than the typical pot-bellied garden gnome. 😋
Gem I don't know how you manage to stay so chilled over the breakages. There's no way on god's green earth no pun intended. Would I keep that statue. I don't know if it was direct from prime one or you've picked it off another collector but I would ask for my money back.
I really don’t understand what makes these statues worth that much money, I know a lot of work goes into them and they are dope for sure but 1500$ for something that just sits there and you look at it.

That broken chunk looks like his tree bark fell off and you see the bare tree like his skin got ripped off.
