On friday I attempted to do the 8 hour arm workout, got to 2 1/2 hours, coincidence I'll say.

Watching Rich just brings the best out of people I think, truly an inspiration to us all, glad I know about the legend to be honest, makes me wanna train harder in the gym every fucking day in order to honor his legacy!

Rich piana was like the cool uncle or father many of us always wanted but never had. He may haves died at 46 but he lived 10x the life experience most ppl ever will and he lived his life on HIS terms and did it his way. I have nothing but respect for this man.

A lot of negative criticism of Rich. But one thing that will always stand true is how fuckin real he was. He was always honest about who he was, what he took. To hear him say "if you're young and struggling with money, DON'T buy my products, buy food". I don't think I've ever heard anyone with a product line say something like that. RIP
