Halton Hills Housing Update - Ep. 214

Today’s update is super interesting (I think!). We have June’s unofficial numbers and to my surprise, our average price is almost the exact same year-over-year.
I also discuss the “mass exodus” we saw last year when inventory hit the levels we are at now, and some new trends that are emerging and indicating that we could see the same thing happen soon. We also saw a slowdown in new listings this week, which is the norm for this time of year but it hasn’t become the trend yet. Next week we will see if we are continuing on the same path.
The numbers were really interesting to me this week and I can’t wait to see how July pans out!
