Say, Arbor Realty with a yield just under 13% You'd only need Just over $500k to live at the same rate, but if you were smart and kept working letting this reinvest over the next 5 years you could increase your monthly income by almost double the original figure, and the longer it stays there the faster it compounds giving you a much more comfortable budget.
