With the happy light I highly recommend using it for 5 minutes at a time, then slowly build up to more time if you have any sensitivity to light or get headaches easily. Doing it that way I was able to do the recommended 20 min a day. Placing it off to the side and not directly in front of you is also a helpful tip I received :)
Agree to all of this. I use mine at my desk while putting my makeup on. Finding time to use it while doing something that was already routine was helpful.
About 3 years ago my husband got me a night table lamp from Philips that mimics sunrise (or really any kind of light you want) so I have my alarm set to it and when I wake up in the morning it's soo much easier to get out of bed with that lamp. It helped me go from an 8am riser to a 6am riser!
I got a therapy light three years ago and it's made a HUGE difference. I start using my in October and go thrpugh March, at least. It's vastly improved my mood, my pain levels, my sleep and more. It's worth every penny.

Happy holidays and new year! I got that Black Opium for Christmas and I’m in love with it! This Christmas was a little hard for me but I’m trying to just be overall hopeful for the new year. I turn 30 next year and I’ve been preparing all year. It’s gonna be good. I can feel it! 30, flirty and thriving let’s go! 😅😊🥹🥲💜
You have the chill the dough for a minimum of one hour (I’d go at least 2) before you roll it out….I like these cookie recipes because both come out soft when you make them thick !!
