I went to 41.5 weeks with my first baby and ended up having to be induced, 25 hours later he arrived and it was worth every pain and uncomfortable moment that I experienced over those very long weeks! Hang in there mama!
You still look beautiful. I was 2 weeks past with my first one and even though is miserable just keep thinking " The longer he is in there, the more beautifully baked he will be in your oven. 🙏🙏 prayers for a safe and easy delivery. God Bless You.
With my first I hit 14 days overdue with NO signs of being ready. I was miserable, never dilated, never lost my mucous plug, never even had Braxton Hicks, and the induction was the easiest and fastest thing in the world. It was amazing. I’m 38 weeks now with my second and my anxiety is sky rocketed because I have no idea what to look for or expect going into labor naturally!
I'm almost 38weeks with my 2nd girl and I go back and forth between wanting her out asap and being SO anxious and not wanting to go through labor again. Have a safe delivery!!
It’s ok to be scared and it’s ok to want labour to come. Here all the positive vibes hopefully your labour and delivery will go smoothly and you will have your bundle of joy in your arms soon
I cried when you said "I'm gonna be a mom" towards the end! I've been here since I was in college and you were still working your office job. Time flies! Wishing you the greatest life with bubba
When I had my firstb son I really thought I wasn't going to be able to physically do it because I was so exhausted. I'd only slept for 4 hours over the course of 4 days. You'll be amazed at how much strength you will have during delivery! Best of luck!
Looking absolutely beautiful. I’m wishing you a safe and happy delivery. I can’t wait to see your little baba. You’re honestly going to be the best mama 💖😍💖💙 btw the nursery is looking absolutely gorgeous 💙💙
wow my heart goes out to you. you have been such a warrior throughout this whole crazy pregnancy. You deserve a mom of the year award (before the baby is even here). Being 10 days overdue is insane, especially with all the horrible side effects you've been experiencing. I can't wait for the day you finally give birth :)
I went a week over with my daughter and was induced and it was the best experience ever. I tried everything people suggested to get her to come on her own, but nothing worked. My OB told me, some women just don’t labor on their own, and that’s ok! Everything went so smoothly, I pushed for less than 10 minutes and pop, she was here lol. Wishing you a safe, healthy and wonderful delivery!
I was blessed with an overall “easy” pregnancy. I planned a c-section from the beginning because my mom had 3 sections and I was the only natural. Now, I would have ended up having a section anyway because my daughter was 10lbs 1oz. No matter how it happens whether it’s natural and you go I to labor on your own, you’re induced or if it’s a c-section it will all be worth it in the end. All you’re pain is worth it when you get to hear your son cry for the first time and they hand him to you.
I am due in a week and a half and this video was SO ENCOURAGING. Thank you for sharing your experience and the validation that it’s scary because it’s our first babies and we have never done this before! Excited for you!
I’m currently 42+2 day pregnant. Just waiting for natural spontaneous labor. Refused all inductions so far (though from 0 support from the whole OB team-instead just keep getting harassed) I understand policies are policies BUT the medical field does not give enough credit to mothers instinct or choice. It’s very sad. My baby is smart enough to pick her own birthday. My body was smart enough to conceive, and then grow a child beautifully; it is also smart enough to know when it is the right time to give birth.
@@okenniarussell3307 It went very well! I gave birth naturally at 42 weeks 4 days!! No pitocin, no epidural. My labor was only 4 hours long! It was amazing & so empowering. No pain just intense pressure. Baby was perfectly healthy & all the nurses/doctors said she showed absolutely no signs of being post term!
You go Mama! 💪🏼You can get through it, this is just temporary. So glad you were able to sit down to voice your feelings and thoughts. We’re here for you and cheering you on! Best wishes for a safe delivery and recovery for you and baby boy! 😘
Sending good vibes! I had my baby in June and I was induced! I was already between 2-3 cm when I went in for my induction and labor lasted about 12 hours so it’s totally doable! Best of luck!
I am overdue right now and feeling exactly the same way you are...false labor and contractions that are excruciating wondering when I'm gonna have my baby. I'm a nurse too and I can't work with these contractions. Relieved to see someone else has gone through this same thing.
Also you’re going to take more than two weeks! Lol girl I tell you time flies by. I just had my baby girl and she’s already almost a month. Whew, take your time to rest and bond with baby! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Yay! So excited for some more mommy content! I’m 28 weeks pregnant with my first and nervous about the birth process too! I hope everything goes well for you!
I loved this!! Love that you are going to do more mommy videos😍 you got this girl! Pregnancy and motherhood is the hardest thing you will ever do but the most rewarding thing you will EVER do. I am so excited to watch you on this new, amazing journey!! Come on little boy!!
Poor thing, it’ll happen soon Enough! lil guy is not ready yet! My first son was two weeks late and I was swollen and miserable! I know what your going thru. Prayers for you and your family!! ❤️ FYI the later the baby the bigger the baby, mine was 8 pounds by the time he came!! 12 hours before I was supposed to be induced!
I was SO ready to not be pregnant anymore at the end of my pregnancy. I tried EVERYTHING to kick start labor. I read somewhere cleaning floors on your hands and knees would help because bending over like that helps baby get in position. I spent all day cleaning our apartment and scrubbing every inch of floor. I ended going into labor the next day. Maybe it was a coincidence, 🤷🏼♀️ but definitely worth a try. Good luck 💕💕
Wishing you a successful delivery. ❤️ I’m expecting too and due in May with my first. I’m scared but watching videos of others definitely calms my nerves. So excited for you and your husband. 💕👶🏻
I love your baby’s room!! I won’t be having a nursery 😭 we only have one room😩 but I’m trying to stay positive because I know they don’t even use it much🙈
Girl props to you. I would be dying 10 days past my due date. I was dying just trying to get to my due date. Wishing you well during labor 🙏🏼 Enjoy your baby boy and welcome to motherhood ❤️
Oh girl you look so great! And happy!! I went 3 days overdue and cried every single day lol I was so miserable. Wishing you a safe delivery. Enjoy every second of it! It is the most incredible experience of your life. Praying for a healthy baby! xoxox
I was induced with all 4 of my children and my 2nd son was 8 days past due date. He was born 6 hours from hospital arrival and hurt the least. You will do great. Enjoy every moment.
You're so lucky the baby flipping worked for you!! I went through that pain for nothing. The pain of the attempted flipping is still the most painful thing I've ever experienced and I ended up needing a c-section.
It is definitely an interesting experience being pregnant... I was overdue as well, it really does get more uncomfortable the longer it goes on. I completely know how you're feeling😘Wishing all the best luck with your labor and delivery for baby boy 💙
Sending you so much love in this very exciting but also scary time! I went to 41 weeks with my daughter and it was definitely really difficult, so I feel ya but hang in there and I’m sending a lot of good juju your way :)
Girl I was induced and my labor was perfect ♥️ don’t let people scare you! Expect all the outcomes, but hope for one that fits what you want. also, I’ve never heard of someone else that had braxton Hicks contractions like I did! After 24 weeks I had them all day and especially in the shower!! Everyone told me to take warm baths and I always said nooooooo because my Braxton Hicks were so bad! Soooo painful and soooo exhausting! Hopefully you’ll be be able to push him out real easy cuz your uterus has been working out all month 💪🏼
Omg so exciting!!! Love you, you are so great! Big fan 😊 I’m a mama of 2 (except mine are a biiiit older lol) and you just brought me back to those early motherhood days. Awww I got all the warm fuzzies ❤️ congratulations on the next journey in you life mana bear!!!
Can't believe they've let you go that far past your due date, you poor Momma! Praying your labor and delivery are uneventful and you and son do well 💜 Can't wait to meet him!
I totally understand how you feel.. I’m 29 wks pregnant with my second baby and my first is 7. I was induced with him and it was ruff.. I’m actually still terrified that either I’ll have to be induced again or what if i don’t know when I’m in labor or idk just everything .. praying for a safe labor for you. You look beautiful pregnant.
Awwww so happy for you. I had a rough pregnancy but when it's over you miss being pregnant. I knw weird. Nw my baby is 1, time flies. Looking forward to seeing ur little guy:)
I had my son at fourthy one weeks. Its OK to be scared. When its your first kid you don't know what to expect. I ended having to have s c section after eightteen hours of labor. Not telling you this to scare you but first baby the labor isn't short. I got an epidural after five hours. Its OK if you end up needing to get the epidural. It doesn't make you weak. If you need it get it. Why tourter yourself if you don't need too. It will be OK just remember labor isn't for ever. Good luck and congrats on your baby.
Ah! Love you so much girl! I was just thinking about you the other day. Hope all is going well and wishing you the best once your little bundle of joy is born ❤️
Maybe I missed you mentioning it, but I don't think so. Has your doctor mentioned anything about sweeping membranes? That jumped started delivery for me and had my daughter the next morning. Just a thought ☺️. Good luck!! I'm excited for you!

I can’t imagine the patience it must take to know your baby is ready but your body isn’t, I KNOW I’d reach a point where I’d just be like “all right, go time, let’s get this babe train rolling, eviction notice, scram, vacate the uterus” and it would drive me crazy. I hope it goes smoothly ❤️

Sleep sleep sleep as much as you can! I know you are probably sick of hearing it and it probably feels impossibly right now. I had my second little baby 6 weeks ago and sleep is just.... well it would be better than winning the 1.6 billion. Good luck girlie!!!
You are amazing and so stunning 💕 My son was 14 days late...so girl I feel your pain. It is all worth it when you get to meet your little man!! 👣 Sending you all the love ❤️

girl you look awesome even though you don't feel!
Oh you poor thing 💔 i went 10 days over with my first as well was induced with him to. I had crappy contractions for 8 whole weeks before i was induced. I had back contractions so if you can imagine back throbbing magnified by 100! I did everything i could to get labour started and nothing worked he was also in breach position but lucky for me he flipped around by himself. If you end up getting induced i wish you a speedy and uncomplicated labour. Im 39w5d today 😬
I am almost 36 wks... it is my second pregnancy and i cannot do anything... I praise you with 41 wks!
Sleep sleep sleep as much as you can! I know you are probably sick of hearing it and it probably feels impossibly right now. I had my second little baby 6 weeks ago and sleep is just.... well it would be better than winning the 1.6 billion. Good luck girlie!!!
