Aye dude your dogfighting video are awesome, try using Caspian Border, its probably the biggest airspace in the game. Also a suggestion if you are willing to hear me out, maybe start at the edge of the map then try to find each other to initiate a fight and it will lengthen your videos too. It happened to me so often that I started binding Numpad Enter to my bail key. Worked like a charm once the muscle memory was sorted out.
