My husband and I just booked the World Cruise in 2026 from Hamburg and it's our first time cruising with Cunard. Because of the $$$ of a World Cruise, we did book an inside cabin on Deck 10. The video had great information. Will be looking at some of your other videos regarding Cunard's Queen Anne.
I’ve been in inside cabins (staterooms) on Royal Caribbean and so far balconies on P&O for next year I have outside cabins booked one on Marella and I’m even risking a guarantee on Royal Caribbean for the first time ever. I prefer balconies as I find the inside a little too dark as the lighting isn’t always very good but I have now started basing it in the price difference. I’ve got a couple booked for 2026 too 1 balcony and 1 outside both P&O.
Hi Jamie your cabin looks a great size love the decor yes an inside cabin isnt for everyone im not keen tbh but it saves money and that can be put onto another cruise so that's a bonus lol have a fantastic time 💕
This is really helpful, thank you. I have stayed in all grades except outside, for me it comes down to duration, location/itinerary and if the 4 berth cabins have sold out. I’m on QA next Summer in an inside cabin, seeing your videos is making me excited 😊
Morning Jamie , I’ve only sailed on Iona , but I’ve had a balcony and and inside , when I was in a inside cabin I was solo but that’s fine by me , just don’t like that they charge double for a solo passenger, great vlog though
Hi Jamie! The interior cabin looked lovely... I'm a tad claustrophobic so the big concern is no window. Loved the papercut artwork and colour scheme... looking forward to seeing the rest of your adventure. All the best Neil and Ant 😊
I found the hairdryer to be pretty useless - a couple of ladies on my dining table said the same. Wardrobe space in the Balcony cabin was slightly more than the inside but the bathrooms are identical, and everyone raved about the shower cubicle with a proper door and no curtain! Great review.
Thankyou Jamie for a good look a inside stateroom I join Queen Anne in February as part of the World cruise Auckland / Sydney so we will fly out the day before spend the night before boarding the ship.
I'll have you know that your review got me even more excited about my inside cabin on the QA! It looks so cozy - especially considering I'll be on a cold and likely rocky transatlantic in January 😁. The only downside for me is the position of the TV. I'll get a cricked neck watching at such an angle but MAYBE it'll be positioned differently in my sideways cabin. Anyway, thanks for getting me even more hyped up about the trip.
Team inside! So I can go more often. Have been on 3 cruises, 2 solo and one with husband; all inside and all on Princess. 2 solo cruises coming up, solo on Princess. Love the decor on your inside room here. Prefer the inside room layout on Princess with the walk-in closet off the bath. I'm fine with my room when I want to wind down but have never ordered room service; just doesn't seem like an attractive place to eat. I don't view my choice as quantity over quality: more cruises = more quality. And give yourself more F's and go over-the-top. Love the over-the-top Jamie 😂
I feel claustrophobic in an inside cabin but usually have a very tight budget. So an oceanview cabin is my choice. It doesn’t cost arm and leg and at least I can see what’s going on outside.
Love the blue and gold decor in Cunard cabins. However, I dont get that there's a service charge on the mini bar, when you're opening and pouring it yourself. Makes no sense 🤷♀️ Another great cabin tour Jamie, you cover all the details that people want to know 😃
I would love to try an inside cabin, but my husband won't do anything but a balcony due to the size. to be fair, he's over six foot tall so he needs the space. I do wish we could save some money though. I think if I were to do a solo trip, I would absolutely do an inside cabin.
Nice to meet you on the Lisbon train. My better half was shocked to find out that I didn't recognize you after watching so many of your youtubes. Shame on me.
It’s time to visit this ‘ole Queen! Let’s do this!

You’re very welcome. I think the service charge is due to sticking / restocking (not that I agree with it)
I was on QAnne in Oct and im back on in January, we loved her
Awesome 🙌
@@TravelBlogJamie think I prefer her to the others 😀
@ she’s a very nice ship indeed
We choose balconies!❤
Me too, if ££££ allow

Definitely saves money 💰
Josh is definitely team balcony or higher so im slowly trying to convince him to go inside or oceanview to save some 💵💵
You’ve got your work cut out!
@ definitely his first was yacht club theres no going lower for him now
Oh yeah, re the wardrobes layout, that's just silly! 🙃😵💫
Correct 😂

Haha! Solidarity on the train!
