He was so polite in correcting her pronunciation of “shaman”. She said “shay-man” several times and he started his answer with “shah-man”. Without outright saying she pronounced it wrong, just letting her hear the word in natural conversation.

Get comfortable close your eyes and observe dont claim anything just be an ovserbant and know what you are part of God and what ever shows up, remember that does not who you forgive your self and others and for them to forgive you let guilt .... go and slowly you will began to purge as things from the pass and let go any blocks, it's a process if something know the night in you heart or your head but have no use so let them go. Hope it works and breath several times and at one time you can replace bad memories with good.
