Author of several books including, 'Deeper than Words', 'From the Heart', 'Shaman's Wisdom', Tony was initiated into Shamanism in the jungles of South America. In this interview he talks about the loss of our instinctive connection with Nature and how we can regain our ONENESS with All That Is. Also, Tony talks about his deep commitment to the Evolution of Consciousness. He says, "the heart is what makes a Human Being a HERO".

I agree with you... This concept of being essentially 'nothing' doesn't sit well with me.
Would it not depend on how the self is percieved and experienced ? (Though who is the self which percieves the self?)
Some selfs are much more capable of accepting. While others arent able to experience a shift into acceptance without a
big transformation.

If I was in the Amazon which rest assure I never will be I think I’d have a heart attack, spiders, creepy crawlies, in all sizes, id be terrified honestly, no chance in hell, only a large sum of money would intice me, and even then I’d have to think about it

The real thing!
This is a classic example of what psychologists call "spiritual bypassing". Retreating into spirituality and religion as a coping mechanism. A means to avoid dealing with the real problems.

Bandri Alotaibi Thats really kind of you to suggest something to me. I was taught the 5 5 5 technique but I think I definitely need to practice it more. Thank you for your suggestion!
Get comfortable close your eyes and observe dont claim anything just be an ovserbant and know what you are part of God and what ever shows up, remember that does not who you forgive your self and others and for them to forgive you let guilt .... go and slowly you will began to purge as things from the pass and let go any blocks, it's a process if something know the night in you heart or your head but have no use so let them go. Hope it works and breath several times and at one time you can replace bad memories with good.

It’s too bad she changed the subject and started talking about some movie. I would have liked to of heard more of his story the follow up questions on his experience.
Tony's other book, "How to dress and style your hair like it's still 1978" Didn't sell that well.
That style came back in during the Covid lockdown :)

To keep our focus on Him and His Words in the Bible. We understand that we have the victory and True Justice will be Exacted on to the very very evil.
