This was helpful my biggest struggle as sp is when I’m in all melee lobbies and I’m just stunned cc ‘d all round and I have to use all my defensives to just live. Gonna try doing more pre gos see if that makes my full melee lobbies better
yeah its an unbearable experience and nobody ever helps u and then u get flamed at 2,1k+ even tho u literally cant play the game without help. its just a disgusting experience.. srsly.
Hi, thanks for the guide. I still struggle with some of the very basics that none of the guides are talking about: When do you prioritze catharsis? When do you shadow word death? Is death worth a global if they're low or is a DP / anotherr spell going to do more damage? If all dots are up on all targets, and I don't have void torrent, what's your filler rotation? Do you hardcast mind blast or ever hardcast mind flay?
Catharsis on Full everytime unless ur about to burst than just save for ur burst. death can help bring shields down but otherwise its only use to break cc like rep, hex, fear, and poly etc since it does 0 damage. u should be purging alot and yes mindblast isnt bad if u can cast or mindflay for filler to keep dark evang up. ur cds come up quick so u shouldn't have much downtime
I play my talents a lot like you in the priest tree. I also play bgs and like to off heal so I take alot of the healing and shield talents. My thinking is if I can do damage and keep some people alive then we win team fights and it makes me very tanky in 1v1
@ agreed it’s not the best if playing competitively. But it’s just what I enjoy. In a bg I still put out respectable damage and healing numbers on the charts. Love your videos and info.
@@austindavis1244 If it is what u enjoy then that's what matters but just to give u a bit of info. pw shield is 400k and the reflect only does damage while it holds. which is generally a single attack from a player so very little if any value and the heal is less than 1% hp i rec putting the point somewhere else

Yea pre goes allow u to live longer and use less so u can get damage out. and learning kick patterns

Mainly focus on keeping people shielded with the extra damage reflect and healing from the shield talents.
