How effective are fender flares at protecting the fenders in the long run? It doesn't seem like they protect the deep interior of the fender where a truck tends to die first. Thanks for any advice.
when you put the two screws in the back top were you say us an awl did you drill through the clips and fender first wouldn't the screws bottom out when going through clip and hit fender if there wasn't a hole there ?

how much paint did you have to buy to cover all 4 flares?
If you purchase aerosol cans and plan to put at least two coats on each flare plan on a minimum of three cans. Same goes for the clear coat. Anything left over can be used for touch ups down the road.

So easy, but why so expensive!?! $200 for a pair! $400 for a set! WTF.
They have to be made extremely precise to your vehicle so that's a pretty pricy endeavor, if they were cheaper then they would spend less time and effort into making it fit perfectly and you'll end up buying something that doesn't fit properly.

They're crazy expensive my 2013 Ram Sport there $708 plus tax for a set of 4 Bushwacker they are no better than cheaper ones only paying for the name
