Crutch, Jessica, Ready for You, Dominoes, Crucify your Culture, Castles Made Of Sand, For Joe, Penitence, Dear God, Ocean, Life Is Funny, Humble, Insomnia, Blind Eyed(MC Version/Studio), 1990s, Hold on, Do you Believe, Diazepam, Right here-right now, Eden, Million Subscriber Speech, This is a short list of Ren's lesser played/known tracks. Enjoy!
One continuous shot, yep! I loved your comments, on-point :) "Animal Flow", like Orwell's "Animal Farm" (see the wall with The Rules at the beginning). And... do you find Kubrick's vibes of "A Clockwork Orange" here? :) Now you should, YOU HAVE TO!, watch acoustic version of it!
Heretic, Ready for you, Crutch, Living room poetry, Fire! Love your 30 days of Ren, always something to look forward to 😊 Hope you won't stop after the 30 days to react to Ren's music 🎶
His first album is Love Music. There are some of my favorite songs on there. “Living Room Poetry” is one of my favorite. Freckled Angles album has some other great songs “Crutch” is another great song and was made at the peak of his illness before he had his Lyme diagnosis. “Streetlights” “It’s Alright” “Dominos” “Meaning” “1990s” are others I would recommend from that album and they are all very different from each other.
My favorite reaction of this song!!! You are the first to say the pig butcher was chopping up human, I agree. They have a human tied up for the next meal. There is also an acoustic for this too. ❤❤❤
It starts with "you're in the mind of ..." and Ren _doesn't need the cane_ but as soon as we step outside he has to lean on the cane... like in his mind he's fine, but outside, physically, he still needs that assistance... Ren is a frikkin brilliant artist!
Ahiahiahohah is a wonderful one done with his ex girlfriend, Bibi. The guy hanging from his wrists at the start is from Murderer :) Luke Flegg did the cinematography from this one, also one take. The acoustic version of this is wonderful (the end is funny).
There's a live acoustic of Patience, Patience | Ren Gill | M.E, before the Lyme diagnosis. Then there's Castles Made of Sand, which was only released on a Bandcamp special edition of Sick Boi. There's Trick the Fox videos of teenage Ren.
I mentioned once before, the deepest cut I've found is by Trick The Fox (Ren's first band I believe), it's called "The Four Elements". It's short and mind blowing.
The songs Dignity (via Big Push, with Ren singing SGP version posted to Twitter the other day), Patience (via the Unrest soundtrack), It's Alright, Crutch, Ocean, and Dominoes are other late discoveries for me that I love and haven't seen many reactions to. Another great reaction! "A furry's wet dream".... bahahahaha! You are hilarious!
Ren has a second channel @RenMakesStuff where he uploads all non-official videos, streams, backstage, BTS open mics. I recommend checking it out. There are also 8 videos on this channel "Chapters": this is literally Ren talking about his life and fighting Lime disease (bonus at the end of each chapter is one of his old songs, except the last one), and after 8 he officially published a song Troubles.❤
Nice one boss. Here is one that not many reactors have played. in fact I believe it may be Ren's very first video as he is very young but in it you will see the genesis of the Ren we have today. You can find at the very bottom of RenMakesMusic video list called "Ren - 1990's "(live recording)," Its a wee almost hidden gem that I think he should have named 'Screw Calvin Harris.' Kia kaha from NZ
Its inspired by George Orwell's Animal Farm. If you read the writing on the wall (literally on the wall) you'll see some quotes. There is a bts making of this but I can't remember if it was Patreon or public.
My favorite deep cuts, in no particular order: - Got To Run, a Trick the Fox-era song from Ren's early 20s... So not his *best* but I enjoy it. I'd have to look and see if I've seen *any* reactions to it. - Ren's Retakes rapping over other people's beats/songs; all have videos. Losing It (Fisher Rap Retake) is popular and I think you might've done it... Halftime (Nas Retake) and Bittersweet Symphony (The Verve) get a little love... the live is best for Bittersweet Symphony. There are a few for Right Here, Right Now (Fatboy Slim) and a few less for Wilfire (SBTRKT)... and almost none for All My Life (FooFighters). - Ren's 16 Bar Challenge is only 1 minute long but I looove it. - Big Push songs that are originals with Ren vocals that get overlooked are Precious and All My Heroes. Also don't think Dignity gets enough love though it does get *some* and Romain wrote/sings the verses. Honestly, none of their originals get enough love, as much as I like the covers.
I was actually hoping you could do a double feature since both are SUPER short! Wildfire (reminds me of a song from the chronic album Em/dre. and all my life is a foo fighters mix. Both are like less than 2 min so no one reacts but they are fire! And so is Fire for that matter… that one gives me smooth criminal vibes!
And there’s an acoustic version too… For other suggestions: Crutch feat. Bibi, Penitence feat. Molly McKinna, Heretic, and the mashup by Trick the Fox for some fun.
I paused your reaction to show my husband the look on your face. I asked him how he would caption a 💭 from your head. His answer: “Am I being punk’d?” 😂😂😂😂😂 That’s exactly what your face says throughout this reaction!
Want to really get to know Ren.? Then, check out his interviews with Justin Hawkins rides again ( Utube ). The carasmatic voice ( Utube ). Black Pegasus ( Utube ). And the most famous interview Ren has ever done imo, Knox Hill ( Utube ). There are others as well.. these are my top 4.. And if you really want to really know what Rens been through in his life, then check out the Chapters, 7 or 8 of them, very deep and very personal.!!!! I've never known any artist that's ever exposed who or what he is, what makes him tick and trip..!!! There's only one Ren Gill.!!! Animal Farm George Orwell.. Read it if you can get it, and 1984 Kindle just removed it from sales and banned it.!!!! 🇬🇧🏴🇬🇧👍✌️👌🤙❤️🇺🇲
HiHi **Trick The Fox** song **Four Elements** also **A Poem By Ren** they are both very short so ya can do them together if ya want also **Ren Gill** Cover **Ain't No Sunshine** **Trick The Fox** song **Lost Boy** & also **Ren and Liv Sangster** song **I'm In Love (Live)** & **Ren and Liv Song 9: Space Pirate Frogs/Humble Etc**
"Simplistic"??? I do not think that word means what you think it means... This is the 3rd video that I've heard you describe the beat as "simplistic", when what I think you mean is "simple"! "Simplistic" has a much more negative connotation to it, FYI...
If anyone got my use of the word “simplistic” as negative then you wasn’t watching the same video. I mean they mean the same thing. I believe that’s you putting the negative connotation on it fyi
@@ReactAttack90 I'm not trying to be argumentative, but the word itself has a negative connotation; it's not just me putting it on the word, as the definition is, "Simplistic: something that is excessively simple, or not complete or thorough enough." It can also mean, "that something is making something complicated seem simple by ignoring important parts of it." So, no, it doesn't "mean the same thing."

What he said!👍🏼
This guy understands^
Adding Diazepam. 👍
Good choices! Adding Right here, right now / Eden / and a must the million subscriber (speech) from Ren
Great list.
((Maybe add his Spontaneous LiveStream - I can’t recall the exact name [sorry], because it’s fcking awesome.))
Cheers, mate.
My personal favorite lesser known tracks are diazepam, ready for you, ocean, hold on, crutch
Check out Fire from his Freckled Angels album. It will take you back to 80’s rock.
For the deep dive: living room poetry, eden, street lights, jessica, its alright, 1990

I forgot to include “Insomnia” and “Depression” both heavy but speak to their respective subjects so well
Dear god is a fairly deep cut, I've not seen any of the reactors that I follow do it so far. It's also a really deep and moving song.
My favorite reaction of this song!!!

Oh The Big Push is something you're gonna love so much.
"Do you Believe" is a great song. I think you would like 👍
LMAO thanks great reaction!!
🙏
It's basically a reference to George Orwell's "Animal Farm" with Ren's commentary on it.
That makes total sense!!
