From someone who’s breastfeeding I can say there’s a few things you can do for your wife to help out and make her life a bit easier! Although I suspect you already do so 😊 Always make sure she has plenty of water, maybe another beverage and a snack! Breastfeeding takes everything out of us, literally. Cleaning the pump parts and bottles every day is also a big help, and getting the pump on charger between use (can’t put a number on how many times I forget and get frustrated because I can’t pump when needed) and honestly just making sure she always has a safe, comfortable, private place that’s warm and cozy with a good show to watch.
