been listening since untouchables. i remember not liking any of the other songs aside from here to stay since it was the most popular one. over the years, as life showed its various shades of grey, i came to love every album every song. i have all of them in my phone. lately ive been listening to.nothing but korn... as an adult, a husband, a father, an employee, a man who somehow feels lost, korn just hits differently... back when i was a teenager, my cringey edgyness relished in korn's pain induced songs... nowadays its more of a needle sewn into a large wound as i listen to it in peace. it somehow all makes sense. every bit of lyric and musical.flow their songs show you. 2 lessons to be learned. one for your young rebel heart, the other for your tired adult self.
Untouchables is such a pleasure to listen to just to hear Jons vocals, and we can hear what he was attempting on issues. both are are my top top albums
He is just one of the greats of music. And always been one of the standout tracks off the album. And that’s saying a lot, cos the whole album is a ten.
Dude, Jon has grown old and has been dealing with athsma for ages by now, even attempting to sing that part same as the record would kill him. He only did it live once than am I aware, in the outtake from their MTV Unplugged, in fact is a shame that the song didn't make the cut.
@@kevinsuarezmacena1003 they did this song live at least several times in their 2002 tour. There are several such performances from Paris and Montreal left on UA-cam , you can easily find them. The song back then is performed amazingly. But I think your comment about John's asthma is valid.
They could try but with some re-arrangements and guest vocalists imo. Jon, aldo his singing improved a bunch, can't hit those highs and lacks stamina from his age and condition. Even at the time he'd quite couldn't.
Much love for Ray, so this is really just a musical analysis: Here you can see and hear very well what David's style was for Korn. It can be described as intentionally sloppy, but it grooved in a very special way, especially with songs like this one. But that only applies to the old Korn songs before Ray joined. Ray's a phenomenal drummer and human being, and beside that: for me the ideal drummer, don't get me wrong.
I listened to Untouchables all the way through for the first time in a while a few days ago and this song really stood out to me. Untouchables is starting to become one of my favorite of their albums!
According to my close friends, a Korn concert is too dangerous for me. According to my father, My city is too dangerous for me. According to my mother, Korn is evil. According my ass. Wish I could go. God bless KoRn
How old are you, 16? It's rough being a teenager, I remember my parent's wouldn't let me go see Bush during the Razorblade Suitcase tour. I hope you get to see Korn live before they retire!
@@LeadMe2TheBliss Same story here. I was 15 or 16 when I won tickets from the local radio station to see Megadeth touring for Cryptic Writings. It would have been my first concert, but my parents didn't let me go.
To leave these places fall behind (ahhhhh… ahhhhhh… Ahhhh…. Ahhh. Ahhhhhh… I assume they don’t play this because of how powerful this track is actually, and how hard it is to mimic the original recording live.
You’ve seen them a lot lately never gets old, I thought this was the new video live. But it’s another track from the album! Love it ❤️🤘this from last time right? Not the new tour?
@@hisnextfix are you new to the band? nothing to be ashamed about, there's a lot of bands I like but that doesn't mean I know absolutely all of their songs.

That album is a fckin masterpiece Untouchables is so underrated but so much a good album
Man this song is a great ending to a great album. That shit hit at the perfect time too man
the final accords and the verse of this song on the original tape is extremely powerful and amazing. So pity they fully changed it at live performance
Try singing it live in front of an audience 😂
@@ted__ryan they did it pretty well in 2002 tour. I mean back vocal in the final chorus here, Head perfomed it back then
