The video very useful, I bought rcb absorber online, I sent it to workshop to install, I noticed they just changed it without adjustment. Luckily I found this series video, so I adjusted it myself. Thanks for the video.
Depends on your weight to adjust the preload. I bought rcb VS premium 275mm (LOWERED) for my NVX/AEROX 155CC. My weight is 92kg. what im doing is from the bottom of the shock spring im using a measurement which is about 125mm to 130mm. Then turn all to hard clicks and adjust to soft clicks between 8 10 to 15. There you can have the better setting rebound. Have fun and stay safe!!
I just bought RCB DB5, but don't get any tools to adjust the compression. What tool and what size needed for it?

There's a lot more science behind the rebound and your butt also needs to be sensitive enough to be able to differentiate what it means to feel plush, harsh, jumpy, bottoming out, packing, etc, in relation to the speed over bumps, dips, multiple hits, braking, cornering etc. Pumping the bike down while static is just one part of it, and mostly just a rough guide as the rider weight and interaction are not considered. Takes quite a lot of time and patience, and some luck to get it right for the average biker.

My current settings for my road use of my SB2 shocks is -10. i noticed that SB2 has 40 clicks, 42 to be precise. i consider 21st click is the stock. soft is the negative, and the hard is postive. so my adjustments is from 20 clicks as the middleish, its either -1 or +1, zero is the 20th click.
And there you are, adjusting your shocks like you are cracking a safe click click click

Im sure this is good info. But i still don’t understand. Im getting a shock has 7stage damping and 18 stage compression adjustment plus a coil spring tensioner. I have yet to find a video with anything resembling what shock i have

both sides same as they are interchangeable. My RCB shocks have markings on the adjuster knob with the words Soft and Hard as a guide which way to turn.

Well, those shocks are a no go for me. Rather stick to the stock shocks. So everytime I pick up or drop off my wife and need to kneel down adjusting my shocks else its unsafe to ride . Cannot call that a upgrade tbh
