Unfortunately, this is what depression is. Doing your job, socializing with friends, and being responsible; You are functioning in society, yet on the inside you are non functional with your thoughts and yourself. A drastic change for the better needs to happen, or you will stay on a downward autopilot. Find your way out from the void, because after all, only you can determine your happiness. Great video and song though, Nostalgic!
Tito Mena yup the system was built to tear you down but only you can break free from it yourself mentally and spiritually. Stay strong everyone and focus on your family. Love is all we got. Whatever you do, do it with a passion for you and your family. 💯
To those struggling, something that has helped me: A gratitude list. That is, when you're in the depths of depression, in your mind run through your top 3 things that you're grateful for. A warm meal. Roof over your head. Health. Your parents are still alive. Live in a peaceful country. It can be simple. The more you practice the more you'll struggle to pick your top 3. Then try top 5, top 10. It will pull you out, just that little bit and gradually you'll notice you're doing better. Not a cure, but a management strategy.
