healing the hero with the lowest total hp rather then one's who are still missing hp

Just need to confirm with the support team.
If is a Code mistake or is just how it is.
For example, maybe they have Designed Andrea to heal the lowest Hp and not missing HP. Your asmo has 50m hp and he is 25m hp (half of his hp bar in game) and Andrea has 10m total and his hp bar in game is full. This way Andrea still the lowest hp than asmo. If is not Programme to heal missing hp.
Nope, it do heal lv250 Horus and Rogan
Is he good as midgame and endgame? Can he helps in vortex for midgame?
He is good in PVP, may have little help in PVE if you need sustain, probably not working in Vortex as enemies got too high dmg

Quite a useless hero, speed is slow, not healing the allies. Only use is to weaken enemies attack.
depend on team and usage
he doesnt need speed. he only needs to be there when someone dies on your team. im loving andrea on my team
