I love it i do it every day befor work for 30 minutes I do construction 🚧 and trust Dr. Andrew it works 😊
I greatly appreciate the fact the 'treatment' begins at a low volume, and then continues to increase. Gave me time to adjust my bass settings! Looking forward to experimenting!
Glad to hear! :-)

I’ve been working with frequencies for the past five years and this one is the best I’ve ever heard. Thank you Dr. Huberman. Thank you.
do you know of a longer version?

now part of my 10 mins meditation
Yep. Mine too
Now part of my 5 minute mosh pit fight
@@chriskoerner8086 xDDDD omg xDDDD updooted xD
Try dr joe dispenza's paraneum breath technique, it's even better than this and only takes me about 5-10 minutes to achieve full body euphoria which is what u might hear some ppl calling orgasming inwards
So in the end should you listen to it before engaging in the work or during the work? Andrew Huberman said that he would listen to this 5 mins before doing work. During the work, he would listen to white, pink or brown noise
Sometimes when really distracted he uses this during the work too.
You guys are amazing
Thank you so much! 🙂
I listen to this when I am about to go to sleep at night 🎉
I think It actually helped me
I originally listened to it when I was doing my programming homework but didn't notice much effect
But now an hour and a half late I'm playing my guitar and I'am really noticing something!
Thank you!!!!!!
This, paired with sitting up

I listen to this music while I am doing my regular book readings or school weekly postings
That's not technically music, it's sound.
why does it feel so good to listen to myself say ohmmm while also listening to this, the mix is interesting, making the noise ''Through my ears'', if you know you know what i mean.
Life offers us sunsets and new dawns, and we are the ones who turn those moments into stories worth living.

what is the music at the beginning? preferred that!
It says it's ''Mike Stown - Healing'' - but I can't find this music anywhere. If anybody can help it would be awesome
can you guys make a video where this sound goes for like 30 mins straight ?

"Hi Dr. Andrew, thanks for the helpful info and tools. I'm wondering, let's say I listen to this brainwave session using my AirPod before I start working on tasks. But if I end up getting a headache for about 30 minutes, what can I do to adjust and listen more effectively?
Thank you! It helped me a lot!
This was amazing, thank you!
You're so welcome!
what is the best hertz to listen to for anxiety, panic attacks and perhaps depression?????????
Hi, 40hz frequency has been shown to have a positive impact on mood balance. Try also 432hz frequency for nervous system regulation.
Can you make one for 6hz and 12hz aswell? I believe Huberman has spoken about those aswell. 6hz for sleep and 10-12hz for flow state and meditation.
It's extremely unlikely you have any playback device that can go to 10 hz range and below
@@yoram9692 This is something I've wondered about, at least with regards to the quality of which the playback device or headphones can produce certain frequencies. The average human ear can hear up 16kHz(16,000Hz) and the lower frequencies like sub-bass(80Hz and below) are mostly felt. There are alot of speakers, headphones, earbuds, IEMs that dont produce these lower frequencies very well if at all. Chances are, that if you dont have a decent set of cans or IEMs you probably wont truly experience what lower frequencies can be like. And not everyone enjoys the very low end spectrum, either. At 40Hz tone or note is by itself is definitely something youll feel, 6 and 12Hz will probably be uncomfortable or even nauseating to "listen" to. Very arge pipe organs, like church or cathedral organs can go to 16Hz-ish and are difficult to be in the presence of, depending on how loud it is played and even at a lower volume its an experience just feeling a long 16Hz note for even a short period.
@@yoram9692mor on, no device will give you 6 hz nor 40 hz , it's like , your right ear will get 240 hz and left ear gets 246 hz and then you hear 6 hz when your brain 🧠 processes these inputs ...
This is not 40hz. It's 40hz in cycles per second of amplitude oscillation. Binaural beats emulate frequency by phasing amplitude fluctuations, not the actual note.@@yoram9692
Hi doc the app is unfortunately not available in Australia . It would be greatly appreciated if we can get it here too. Thanks

How this is supposed to use, if I'm watching many tutorials as videos?
Should I keep this in another tab running along with video? What should be volume level in respective tabs?

I heard that UA-cam compressed audio quality is that true ?
Does it work when I listen to it through speakers or only with good quality-headphones?
You need headphones. They do not have to be high quality. The difference between the frequencies of both headphones is 40hz.
How many times daily we must practice 13 minutes meditation?
Excuse me, i have a stupid question. Why is Right channel louder and a bit higher pitch then left channel? Is it suppose to be like that or there's something with my headphones? (Because i have tried to switch them places and the problems is not with my ears. Also other records with 40hz sounds equal in both channels)
40hz is the difference in the frequency between the right and left channel. E.x. right is 200 and left is 160
40hz binaural beat & 40hz isochronic tone are 2 different things
Maybe this is already answered but why is in my left ear lower frequency than in my right ear?
Could the same thing be achieved by simply letting 40hz in both ears?
Binaural = two different sounds. The "beat" is the difference (40 Hz) between them.
@@harriedsloth4399 yeah thanks man! although in this time I had, I did my own research 😅
Thank you Pink Floyd
Anyone know if there is a recommended decible level for listening?
Can we listen to it without headphones or earphones
no the binural beats only works with head/ear phones due to the difference in frequency of both ears! Hope this helps
Who says it is binaural
432 Hz / Gamma 40 hz Binaural Beats / Bach / Classical Music / Pure Tone Inside
Anyone who knows the sound name that was playing in background of andrew huberman voice started before the 40 Hz frequency sound?
Seems to be ''Mike Stown - Healing'' but I can't find this track anywhere
Can i listen with one ear?
no
Please clarify, can we listen to it with headphones full volume?
Stay mindful that the volume does not damage the ear, and structures.
frequency starts at 1:34
Sir I have a question please,if we listen to this more than once in a day then is it harmful?
It's only harmful when done close to bed time. I'd suggest not using at after 5PM.
How is this 40Hz? There are two peaks in the audio signal.... one at 116Hz and one at 156Hz.... how is this 40Hz?
its 40 hz because the difference between 116 hz and 156 hz is 40 hz👍
Can I ask how is this a 40hz, when 40hz is actually 2 octaves lower than the right side sinewave (E) here?
Do I misunderstand how it works?
This 40hz binaural sound frequency. :-)
40hz is the difference between frequencies in left and right side, the binaural beat frequency.
Is it better with headphones? I don't have headphones, but some people say you must use headphones but it is not clear why.
It is because the difference between the frequency of the two headphones is 40hz. It won't work without it.
@@Geeisjudied What do you mean the frequency is different between the two headphones? Is it not the same sound coming through both headphones? I'm not disagreeing with you; I truly don't understand and need a simple but complete explanation I can grasp. I would sincerely appreciate that.
@@Kube_Dog the frequency differenz of 40Hz is created in your Head. You need Headphones because they arent Stereo. Delta waves for example are between 0,5-4 Hz, if you only would need to hear the frequency it would work because Humans cant hear below 20 Hz
@@IngeSchissen Thanks for trying, but that does not make anything clear. Please remember hat I do not understand this at all, so I don't have even the basic knowledge needed to comprehend you. You need to explain simply, like to a child.
@@Kube_Dog for example Left ear plays 150Hz, right ear 110Hz. 150hz-110Hz = 40Hz -> the difference gets created in ur Head balance it out
