You could use one of those to make a traveling dog water bowl too. Just let enough water in for them to drink some water, then drain what is left when they are finished drinking and clean the part where the water comes in. You could give them drinks of water on stops on a long drive that way.
well Taras I see a problem in it.if you wash all the dishes,hands may be razors in that sink, to drain it you have to stick your hand in that nasty water which at times feels pretty dang gross.

It's probably to rinse the inside, in case any dirt or sand gets in through the compartment holes you're able to drain it.

if you want more water coming from the spigot you need to pull out the white air stopper plug to let air in the tank.
