Mit diesem Puls bin ich allerdings beim laufen sehr langsam ( ca. 8 km/h). Werde ich dann wenn ich das Training so läner durchziehe irgendwann mal schneller, habe aber trotzdem noch einen 150 Puls ? Ich habe irgendwie schiss, das ich bei diesem Tempo nie schneller werde...

Geht halt nur wenn du auch 10% deiner Trainings schneller läufts mit Intervall oder Tempoausdauer Training.
wenn du neu im laufsport bist, würd ich das erstmal so beibehalten, damit du Sehen, Bänder aber auch deinen Organismus insgesamt an den Sport gewöhnst. Schaffst du denn damit ansatzweise die Strecke, die du erreichen willst? Du wirst auf jeden Fall mit der Zeit schneller und fitter, ist halt nur bisschen die Frage, was die effizienteste Methode ist.
Di Pedro also in meinem GA1 Tempo schaffe ich momentan ca. 10 Kilometer. ( eben ziemlich langsam ) Ich würde gerne für eine kurzdistanz Triathlon trainieren. Und Danke für die Antwort.
Mein Top Tipp ist, nicht auf UA-cam nach Trainingstipps zu suchen. Es gibt genügend Bücher und Foren dafür. Schau dir mal 80/20 Triathlon von Matt Fitzgerald an. Du musst dir zuerst eine GA Basis schaffen, auch wenn das heißt langsam zu laufen
