I absolutely love that they combined this one with the song "Born To Be Brave" because it just shows that anxiety for one example is something that doesn't just go away by "singing one song" (managing to push through it once and it feels great, but its only one moment, even if one of many in a lifetime), it likely will always be a part of you, for some more than others and it sucks, but there's always going to be small moments that keep you going, even if they don't fix you. As one wise Doctor once said: ,,The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don't always soften the bad things but vice-versa the bad things don't necessarily spoil the good things and make them unimportant." So, in the end it means you don't need to be fixed. You can make the pain and anxiety a part of yourself or rather truly connect with those parts because they're already a part of you, you just have to stop treating it like something you need to hide. You need to connect with yourself and only by doing that you can help yourself without hurting yourself (physically and psychologically).
As cheesy as this sounds, this song HITS VERY HARD because i am just like kourtney because i have had SEVERE anxiety for my whole life, and I went through a VERY DARK place through covid, I even had suicidal thoughts, but kourtney is right, I WON’T STOP TILL THE WAR IS WON! This song made so emotional. It's so beautiful. I have severe anxiety so its also very relateable. Just st started my new job in a country I wasn't born in and I've had to deal with being, single, alone and not very social. So this song is amazing for someone who goes through anxiety and Dara and the others unsurprisingly nailed it. Also I'm happy to say this is the most normal teen show I've ever seen. I'm almost 30 but I watch this and other such shows as they bring me back to my teenage for a while and that helps me get back on my feet.

This is my favorite season so far, just because each and every song even the ones from Frozen and various other Disney movies were spot on for the characters singing them. The people in charge really put in the effort to do that and it paid off
Both (K and C) tried to deal with their problems all alone but their good friends helped them to beat them instead of doing nothing. These scenes really show how such great friends they all are, they care, they offer help, they offer companion, they bear and wait until their friends are ready to face their fears and are with them through every step of the way. We need more EJs, Rickys, Ginas, Ashlyns, Maddox, Jets and sebbies in this world. we gotta be them for our friends tooI loved (and hurt) how they portrayed Kourt and Carlos at the beginning of the season, they both struggling together their own situations ( anxiety and body insecurities) trying to stay in the shadows, not telling anyone, just being there for each other and yet still feeling alone. It made sense, Kourt had only Nini as a link her in the group and never really put herself out herself out there because she only confided on her best friend. On the other hand, Carlos, who didn't completely had a relation with the other boys, he used to spend most of his time with Sebbie and had background of being bullied by the school kids (s1 when Ricky calls him to the library) adding feeling insecure of his body (all of us have been there) having to pass two week in a cabana with "straight" boys not knowing if anything he did was fine. they were going through a lot. I mean, yes, they ALL are friends but they hadn't spend that much time together and not all of them were actual friends (like having a relation) with eachother and one another. So they didn't know if they could trust them that way. Gina and Ash noticed something was off with kourt and tried to reach out but she shut them down. Kourtney eventually accepted her situation and the companion they were providing helped her but it was very hard for her to accept it. Carlos trusted Ricky since s2 and kinda was his only male friend, Ricky showed Carlos they (the boys) would be friends of him if he accepted them.
Is it just me, but this season compared to the other two you can really here the autotune. It feels really robotic in the sound like you can really here it. which is strange because we all know they can sing beautifully without the heavy edits.
Agreed it’s way off. They all are great singers and the show never had a problem with mixing live and recorded audio before so I don’t know why they went with the heavily produced vocals this season.

I loveeeeee this song so much and I love that they gave it to Dara. She’s literally so amazing. Her range and her support and voice color is just ethereal! The only thing I hate in this song is the overuse of autotune. THEIR VOICES ARE AMAZING. They don’t need too much autotune. A little bit of pitch correction is fine but too much made their voices sound really robotic…..
I get nervous around people quite a bit and sometimes when I’m alone I’ll sing to myself (tho not as nicely as Kourtney😅). I think it’s really sweet to know someone else does it too!
So my life was kind of a mess for the past 2 years, I struggled a lot with university and it lead to have a lot of anxiety, I was freaking out a lot about it. After a huge panic crisis in April/May, I decided to change university and to take care of my mental health. I started to see a psychologist. Since then, my mental health has improved a lot, and I've been doing better each day. Yesterday, this song gave me the courage to update all my social media accounts with my new university. I left all the groups and convos that connected me to my previous university. This meant so much to me, and it's just the continuation of the improvement of my mental health. But giving me the strength to take such an initiative isn't something everything would have done. Thank you Dana for this song, and this entire arc of Kourtney around anxiety has been such an inspiration. Mental health matters. There is no shame in admitting you need help.

I loveeeeee this song so much and I love that they gave it to Dara. She’s literally so amazing. Her range and her support and voice color is just ethereal! The only thing I hate in this song is the overuse of autotune. THEIR VOICES ARE AMAZING. They don’t need too much autotune. A little bit of pitch correction is fine but too much made their voices sound really robotic…..

So my life was kind of a mess for the past 2 years, I struggled a lot with university and it lead to have a lot of anxiety, I was freaking out a lot about it.
After a huge panic crisis in April/May, I decided to change university and to take care of my mental health. I started to see a psychologist. Since then, my mental health has improved a lot, and I've been doing better each day.
Yesterday, this song gave me the courage to update all my social media accounts with my new university. I left all the groups and convos that connected me to my previous university. This meant so much to me, and it's just the continuation of the improvement of my mental health. But giving me the strength to take such an initiative isn't something everything would have done.
Thank you Dana for this song, and this entire arc of Kourtney around anxiety has been such an inspiration.
