Im also an avid watcher of asmr haha. The thing about being sensitive to energies.. yes! I always find it hard to socialise a lot consistently because i give and take a lot of my energy when im around others. Its like sharing a mental load almost. The thing you mentioned about structure was pretty interesting too, Ive just recently got into scheduling my time better and trying to have a more predictable day to day lifestyle.
