Lady Fish aren't trash most people don't know how to to clean and cook them. Step 1. Scape off the Scales and Cut down threw the belly and remove guts. Step 2. (This is Optional but for better results follow) keep them on Ice for 3 days in cooler. Step 3. Open up Lady Fish and use a Spoon to scrape out the Meat from the bones and and skin. (The meat is soft and sticky like that of Ground Beef). Step 4. Take Lady Fish meat and put it in to a bowl, mix in chopped or sliced vegetables and seasonings of your choosing. Mix it well. Step 5. Turn the Lady Fish meat mix into patties. (Cover it in breading and fry in oil if you wish to make Lady Fish Croquettes). Step 6. Pan Fry, Grill, or Bake in oven (with cooking oil Olive or other for best results). Alternative dishes are Fish Tacos, Fish Dip, Lady Fish Poppers or Lady Fish Sandwiches.

was out there a few weeks ago and the fish were biting on contact, wonder how the fish are after the recent storm
I've never failed to catch something there... specs, flounders, and croakers.
When lived in Htown I would visit the Dike every week. Caught my first speck there. Nice 23”

Seabrook Spillway is where I'd fish as a kid, there and by Clifton By The Sea.
61st pier rocks was killer the past couple days. Caught a limit on specks, 20” red and a flounder to finish off the night.
