Dear Dany....I just discovered your channel and I am completely gob smacked with your incredibly stunning work!!! I have been an Artist since the 70s ...yes Im that old...lol and it is not that often that I see another Creative's work that will stop me in my tracks like your's has done!!! I've actually done a lot of Mosaic work in the past but never at the gorgeous level as you have! You are such an inspiration and breath of fresh air to the art community! So thank you for this! I was praying this morning asking God to please show me what He wants me to do with my art life. I’ve tried so many mediums and have always wanted to create glass art. We own a glass company so I have tons of broken glass I can use. When I mentioned it to my husband he had several negatives about it so I never started. I have a box of broken black glass that I have saved for years and I do believe I’m going to start this week! I even have the Artist Way book! I just really thank you for sharing!!!

I love your honesty and vulnerability when it comes to the self doubt and negative thoughts that come to one’s mind as an artist. A lot of times we are only shown the rewards but not many talk about those nasty bits. Hope your business continues to grow!

That is wonderful that you are pursuing the gifts (treasures) that God has bestowed on. Through that pursuit you remind others around you that they can pursue their desires, which creates a better society. 1 magic maker at a time. It wasn’t until I had my 2nd cancer that I truly learned to let go of every negative thought and the comparison to others. I might be weird but I see that as a necessary force to push into a daily practice at a higher level of creativity. It made me realize that I had everything I needed. I just needed to get out of my own way. I wish you many blessings and peace to pursue what is in your heart. Cheers!

I started reading The Artist's Way in high school, but never really got past the middle of the book. I periodically return to the book often, but abandon it once I become creatively productive. Imagine if I could actually finished the book! LOL

Great video! I’ve been considering revisiting The Artists Way. It seems to keep snowing up in my feeds😅so of that ain’t a sign…I think it would be a great exercise in rebuilding my faith in what I create and in making space for a little more play and freedom in my art practice.

Dany, I just started The Artist's Way, and I loved this video! Your voice is so soothing and your story is an inspiration. Have you been to the Visionary Art Museum in Baltimore? I was also wondering what kind of glue are you using that’s in the syringe for your mosaics? I’m a glass artist, (blown glass/lamp working/stained glass) but only did a small amount of mosaics in my time and just used E-6000 glue so I’m curious what you’re using.
