“Then the twelve called the multitude of the disciples unto them, and said, It is not reason that we should leave the word of God, and serve tables. 3 Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business. 4 But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.” Acts 6
Thank you for that message! I have a question: What do you do as a long year Christian, if you have the desire to help/serve others and also know in your heart that this is your call for life, but you self need some way of help because of illness, loneliness (no spouse, no close friends) and unemployment with all the effects on your soul which come with that?
If I could only see you in person, I'd give you that same bear hug, too, pastor, just to show my gratitude❤
Thank you Pastor Bayless.
May God keep sustaining and blessing you 🙏
And because the Gospel is what is needed for salvation
The disciples said they would not give up the preaching of the Word to wait tables
Now what?😮😮😮
