Excellent video! Pretty much the same steps for Lexus RX350/RX450h. At 22:59, the thermostat o-ring has an arrow on it. Make sure to install it pointing to the right direction! I would wait a bit for all the thermostat's 12mm bolts that have sealing material on them cured before putting in the coolant. Once the coolant is in, check for leaks before putting on plastic panels.

If your pulley is anything like mines was, you'll want to install the belt PRIOR to reinstalling the mounts.

Awesome video other than having your fingers in between the motor mount while lowering it, thats a pinch point i learned the hard way and lost part of the tip of my finger, us a pry bar or screwdriver to push the stud
