Goodness Ann!! 8 years ago! And you already had techniques for such trendy, delicate creations! Great!!
Ikr!
@@yashila5353 😊😊
Hi Anne I was searching something on UA-cam and by mistake clicked something and came across one of your videos.
I watched the video till it was finished and I was hooked.
I have not stopped watching your videos for about 3 days now.
YOU ARE INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I cannot understand why not that many people in SA know
about you. I will tell whoever will listen but your other viewers
around the globe also need to do so. Because if not your special and AMAZING talents will go unnoticed😢😢😢
Hi 318louise, Yes you can use it later - I find it easiest to spread on an alfoil sheet and leave to set so then I can easy break it up and store in a ziplock bag for later use.
that is so great to hear TotallyRhombusKids looking forward to seeing some of your creations. You can always upload pics to the blog in the comments section if that is easier - just follow the link in the description below the vid.
Hi michelle, If you click on the ;link in the description below the video it will take you to the blog where there is a picture of a tall chocolate bowl filled with a dessert. As it has holes in it I made a mousse in a separate bowl and then scooped it in, topped it with sorbet and pashmak. So you can use it to serve desserts in or as a feature on a desssert table filled with lollies or berries. Make the base solid without holes and fill with icecream and topping for a giant sundae to share.
Wow, you actually responded! You rock & must be an awesome mom. My mom used to make character cakes for us using coloring books, milk bags, and the Wilton piping tips. I really appreciated it then, but even more so now that I'm older. Now she does this for her grandchildren. I saw your story; I hope you do great things in your church. Churches & attitude here in Canada are really changing not for the better.
Hi Victoria, Personally I love hearing accents from all over the world, hopefully one day you'll get to travel and learn to love them too.
I think your accent is wonderful! It just adds to the greatness of your videos!
Hi nadia, have you watched the video what chocolate to use for decorations, you will find it in the chocolate tutorials playlist, there's a link in the description under this video. Chocolate melts here are not the same as tempered chocolate they do not contain cocoa butter so do not need tempering.
Hi Isabella I have a chocolate flower tutorial that will help you, if you click on 'chocolate tutorials' in the description below the video you will find it
Hi hollybroon, yes you could do that I just find it easier to get the chocolate off the nonstick baking paper than the alfoil
Thanks for subscribing Brianna!
I love this! Thanks for taking the time to share your techniques with us!
Really love what you do Ann.
yes, just make it flat on baking paper and once set use some melted choc to put into place. Proffesional chocolatiers have a cold spray that they use to set the melted choc when they do this - you might have to get creative in using cups or other things in your kitchen to hold it in place while it sets.
hi Teresa Song If you click on 'show more' in the description under the video and click on the link to the chocolate tutorials playlist you will see a video there with chocolate written and a background of grated chocolate - that explains the difference between real and fake chocolate and if using real choc - look for the video with a picture of a chocolate lollipop that explains tempered chocolate. Personally I use either cadburys or nestle as they are easiest to get hold of where I am.
These look beautiful! These look so difficult but you teach us how to easily make it! It just looks beautiful!
Hi kyandi3, If you temper your chocolate it should be just like a normal chocolate bar - it will melt if you leave it in the sun or on a very hot day but is generally fine indoors. If you click on 'show more' under this video you will see the link to the chocolate tutorials playlist. There is a video there that explains how to temper chocolate and another that shows what chocolate to use.
Your work is just amazing. Thank you for sharing.
Seriously, I just Fell in love With you, your Personality and your amazing baking skills
i'm algerian i apreciate your techniques thanks a lot
I love your work. It's amazing how you work with chocolate!! Like!!

am I just want to say that your an inspiration to me comparing you with other video you are so patient and you have made chocolate look interesting .
love the chocolate pinyata cake on your blog!
easy to understand. thank you! Such amazing videos
I'm so glad I found this channel! You have made me feel more open to so many chocolate and decorating possibilities! Before a lot of this stuff kind of felt over my head and when people explained it they weren't clear or used crazy instruments I had never heard of but your videos make it seem easy and fun! Thanks a ton and I hope I can make a video response with some of the stuff I create in the near future!
Hi josephina montoya, Yes, but the chocolate clings to it a little more than with non stick paper so it may be harder to get off without it breaking.
Me and my grandma love your videos we try making evrything you do.
Must say thats simply awesome!
thanks leeann
So good really appreciate for letting out these tricks thanks for your post
Hi sukihuang105, The foil is easier to smooth completely flat over a bowl, if you use wax paper you are likely to have creases where the chocolate can get underneath making it difficult to remove the bowl without breaking it. :)
Ann, I think I'm love with a website. (Is that weird?) I can't stop watching your cool demos. Thanks so much.
Hi nightfalconseb, if you click on show more under the video you will see a link to chocolate tutorials and there is a video there that explains chocolate tempering and another that shows what type of chocolate to use.
Hi Tany if you click on chocolate tutorials in the description belwo the video there is a vid there on what chocolate to use for decorations
Hi AmethystMuffinRose, Rice Bubbles are a breakfast cereal made of puffed rice - if you google search 'kelloggs rice bubbles' you will see what it looks like.
ABSOLUTELY breathtaking!!! I have seen the half white chocolate/half dark chocolate "tulip" looking cups in the bakery shelf at the market but YOUR creations are faaaaaar more beautiful!!! Thank u sooooo much for sharing....I love working with chocolate.....HAPPY EASTER!!! Lynda A.
oh thankyou Lynda, happy easter to you too :)
Hi khushboo gupta, Thanks so much for leaving a comment. I hear it has been hot in India - one of my subscribers had problems with her chocolate decorations melting because it was so very hot. Need aircon for these.
That looks delicious its making my mouth water
Absolutely wonderful your video, thanks. All videos are very useful.
love your videos
thanx 4 the advise & ideas
This is such a great ideal. Love your videos.
This is AWESOME!!! THANK YOU!!
thank you for the tutorial.. it's very useful for me... i'm waiting for the next....
Hi katys726 you can use any chocolate you like - if it is real chocolate containing cocoa butter (look on the ingredients) you will need to temper it - if you click on 'howtocookthat' above this video you will go to the channel - look for the video which has a chocolate lollipop picture and that explains tempering. If it is not real chocolate - eg some melts contain vegetable oil instead of cocoa butter - then it does not need tempering just melt it.
thank you so much for your videos. will definitely try..
Hi Pearline Thompson, I think I might be difficult to get the paper smooth over the bowl and holding in place. But if you can do that then yes you could
I love this ! I will be trying it out
amazing, and you R helping me start to do it... I'm from Brazil and easily I understand your explanation!!! Congrets!!!!!!
Your accent is absolutely wonderful! I just subscribed - you are so talented and you seem like a wonderful person too!
Hi Uma Isselee, Usually just in the fridge or I leave it on the bench to set.
i am so amazed.. i have to try this, i would have never thought of doing this
Your so amazing as you have inspired me to make a chocolate bowl! Thanks anne x
Hi 5528ahmed1 if you click on chocolate tutorials in the description below the video there is a vid there on what chocolate to use for decorations and another on tempering chocolate (so that it sets quickly and stays firm at room temp)
I use cadbury's milk chocolate because I like the taste but you need to keep it in temper - follow the link in this video to see the tempering video. If I don't have time to temper then I use nestle chocolate melts which are not real chocolate as they do not contain cocoa butter so do not need tempering.
Hi Aileen, if you click on CHOCOLATE TUTORIALS int eh description below the video if will take you to my chocolate playlist, there is a video there on how to temper chocolate and another on what chocolate to use for decorations. If you watch both of those it will explain it far better than I can fit here in a comment :)
Wow this is amazing I love it brilliant

Hi AleksanderaOst, Make sure you watch the video on tempering chocolate, go to the channel (click on howtocookthat just above this video) and click on the vid with picture of chocolate lollipop. Or use fake chocolate that does not have cocoa butter in, like nestle chocolate melts. : )
SOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE AND INNOVATIVE!!!!!!!
Oh, I love everything on your video
Hi butterfly10179, if you click on show more under the vide and then click on chocolate tutorials you will see a vid called what choc to use and another how to temper chocolate. If you use tempered chocolate as long as your room temp is not over 30 degrees it will be fine.

you are just brilliant ,
Hi Matilda, please click on CHOCOALTE TUTORIALS int he description below the video and then on 'how to temper chocolate' video and 'what chocolate to use' video. Then you will know how to have a bowl that does not melt quickly.
thanks cris01, good to know - I changed a setting but did not know it effected iphones will swap back.
YOU ARE SO GOOD!!
Gracias un 😘 desde Barcelona ❤️
Hi MrIlovekittycats yes all the chocolate bars that you buy in the shop are tempered so they do not melt at room temperature. If you click on chocolate tutorials in the description below the video it will see all the chocolate videos and there is one there explaining what temper is.
Looks like fun. I think I will try it for a christmas party
Hi your videos are really amazing and informative and you are very creative!! watched one video and couldn't stop watching the remaining..definitely going to try and make some of these chocolate creations one day..thnx a lot for sharing them :)
Thanks ,
i like all your videos
I wanna go make one right now!
I like this!!
Wow!!!!! Amazing!
i LOVE how you answer really classy and nice to haters :D
Hi redheart246, chocolate melts at around 37 degrees (body temp so that it melts in your mouth) so if your room temp is going to be above 25 I would not serve a chocolate bowl. The chocolate you use must be tempered or it will melt at a lower temp. If you click on chocolate tutorials int he description below this video there is a video there on what chocolate to use and another on how to temper chocolate.
You are amazing I have watched all your videos and guess what... I'm going to live in Aussie to
love it!
Thanks yappachini, that is such a lovely and encouraging comment - made my day : )

Hi OnThEfLoOrNoW, make sure you watch the video on tempering chocolate, go to the channel and click on the vid with picture of chocolate lollipop. or use fake chocolate that does not have cocoa butter in, like nestle chocolate melts. : )
Really cool tutorial, liking :)
That's really cool I wanted to know how to do that since I was little
Hi Liz Garcia, if you click on 'show more' below the video and then on CHOCOLATE TUTORIALS you will go to the chocolate video playlist, there is a video on what chocolate to use for decorations. : )
