ABSOLUTELY! Will Howard is by far the best pick of Quarterbacks in this years draft, this nonsense of the system around him is crap, what did he have at Kansas? Nothing near OSU. Its his leadership ability, size and decision making. The arm strength is good, can be better with better mechanics, he tends to throw off his toes and doesn't plant his feet when throwing, that alone will improve arm strength. No matter who takes him, he will be a sleeper and an NFL starter, no question! Those that pass on him will regret not taking him.
