Really? I'm no Warmonger but I thought this was terrible. Her education is sound, but her understanding is regarding money for war was silly. Why would you think increase in spending to replenish for outdated materials for "war" needs would be a bad thing. No one wants war...but the only way to avoid war, is to have a strong defense. Not to decide to stop spending money on it. Just my thoughts. No disrespect.
