hi wayne the lever under the left panel is the collective that changes the pitch of mainblades to control lift and the centre stick is the cyclic that controls the angle of the swash plate giving direction control
I struggled with the rocket decals and noticed if you’re going to insert them into the holes you’ll probably wreck those. So I’m going to paint mine on. Also I found it a lot easier to remove the seat and add in all the side panels and the side control arm in first then install the seat
I found that rather than severely testing my limited patience with the black line decals on the rockets it was much easier to carefully use a black felt tip permanent marker and draw a black line around the rocket. In addition, the marker allows more uniform placement of the line from one rocket to the next.
Hiya Wayne. In a previous video you used masking tape to cut small parts off a sprue so they wouldn't ping off and get lost. You could stick small parts you want to keep on masking tape and then put them in a box to keep. There would be much less chance of them getting lost as the tape would be much bigger, and brighter.
Did you know that the Apache Gunship Helicopter is only three steps above The Holy Hand Grenade of Antiok in The Book of Armaments that was made popular by King Arthur when he consulted the book to find a weapon to defeat the most vicious beast ever to guard a cave? On a more serious note those blue tipped things are unguided rockets that fire from the circular cylinders usually mounted on the outer pylons under the helicopters winglets.
The mysterious part positioned above the front console is the dashcam, you have no idea how many people try to organize insurance scams against Apache helicopters when they find them behind them on the highway.
Hi Wayne, I know this is off topic, but I'm building myself a half scale Dalek, from Doctor who. And I was looking through your past videos and I saw you posted three videos on a new partworks trial, if you're interested in selling the eye stalk I would love to buy it off you, it will look amazing on my new Dalek.
They are rockets. Hellfire missiles are shorter and thicker. The Apache can carry both. Wayne the ‘stick’ between the pilot’s legs is called the ‘Cyclic’

I love how intricate this is, you have my utmost respect for not pinging any of those small parts off into oblivion.
That small piece on the dash is the bore sight for the helmet mounted sight. Both the pilot and CPG have one

With the amount of work i think this is a kit worth its price per issue👍
Protect rocket louncher with hair spray. That cockpit is amaizing
Cool build ur definitely gonna need that micro set when doing the yellow line decals on the titanic it was a pain

You've got the headrest upside down on pilot seat 6:33.
I checked that In the instructions and they have it that way too
@@WorldofWayneUK The v shape should be facing down on both.
Wayne, when you have clear plastic items to glue in use elmers school glue, it will dry clear even if you use the white stuff
@WorldofWayneUK the Apache helicopter came with Hydra rocket pods which u have built and hellfire missiles and a chain gun under the cockpit
I like the vincent in the backgrounc.
Un très beau kit, Nice 👍👍👍🤩🤩🤩
Individual Zuni rockets with decals, way detailed

Great build, you were close calling them missiles, they are 2.75" folding fin aerial rockets.
I suspect them to be Hydra rockets.
The Zuni rockets are unguided and you point at area and fire; you can shoot single fire,Salvo fire,or shoot them all at once.
The plates on the side of the chair are armored protective plates
Great build and vid 🍺💪💞👍🐕🐕🇦🇺🙏
Thanks 👍
That the sensor to move the chain gun,to where the gunner and pilot looks at.
That piece is to bore site the gun and sensors to the helmet.
The clear screen on the real helicopter is armored glass, thought you would want to know.
Hi Wayne what is the tool you are using for applying the super glue , it looks perfect for applying it
Just a pin attached to a small screwdriver lol

lol
Would you need both Micro Set and Micro Sol on the decals? Or would warm water do?
Just warm water is fine for this one
Where's your glue applicator your using, from? thanks
It just a screw driver with a pin in it
What are you using as a glue applicator?
A jewelry pin stuck onto a small screwdriver lol

I will check I still have it. I'm not back home till Wednesday though
I won't hold my breath waiting on Part 2. I almost had a stroke holding my breath for Part 2 of La Ferrari that has never came, so I give up waiting.
I see the La Ferrari model behind Wayne covered with a cloth so don't lose hope, there's a reason if it's there.
they are rockets they call them zoomies if i remember correctly 🙂
Are those Hellfire Missiles?

@@Andrew-nq5xoand the lever to the left is the collective,
The rocket are called "zunnie" rockets.
I'm not going to be able to build with you. I got the 12 month plan.
don't forget to use the words 'joystick' and cockpit' as and when nessecary for both accuracy and childish amusement.
😆😆
Armaments, better pronounced as weapons. 😂
