I found a horribly looking dead basil! Took it home and watered and left it sitting in water. 2 hours later it was beautiful! So glad I took the basil plant!

I can’t believe they threw all the candy away. The save a lot I work at we marked them all down to .50c, corporate sent a reset for the check out lanes and no longer are carrying those candies. Great haul. Thanks for sharing:)

Dumpster bologna is probably fine if not there for too long because there’s so much preservatives. Smell and taste test always works. Or ur cats will enjoy meats like that too. Or u can feed some feral cats 🐈 or raccoons in a park near you? Love the plant and plant pot.

Aldi's is such a a great store for diving. More Califrower to eat on, my little Frugals. Love you all. Dumpster shrimp could be made into a Norwegian summer favorite food. It's called shrimp loaf, get a large piece of white bread. Put the shrimp on top, then cover with Norwegian mayo. Get a glass of white wine and enjoy by a body of water. But you can only talk about the weather! There is a delightful channel about Norway, that is so funny. It has a reindeer upsidedown, and a very funny host! You will get some laughs😂😅😅😆😁😁😄😄😃😀😘😘😘😁😅😂😂🤗😍😍😊😊☺😘😘😄😀😃😄😁😆😆😅😂😅😆😁😁😄😃😀😘😘😘😘😁😁😁😆😆😆😆😅😅😅😅😍😍😍😘😘😘

In a place called Bridgend in WALES the TESCO lorry makes a delivery of all the food that is coming up to the date to a local specialty shop,you have to be on benefits if you are you can go in there and pick up food,normally there is a big table outside loaded with loaves of bread and a sign saying help yourselves,why can’t more shops do the same

You got a little of everything for each family member. I know frugal daddy has a sweet tooth and he can go into overload with all the sweets you got. I know he will share. No one can eat all that candy and sweets.
Even though this is a bit older video-do you know the trick to get the bitterness out of a cucumber? you take of the end that grows from the vine-just a small chunk and rub in on the end that you just cut side to cut side and just rub them together it brings out the foamy bitterness-just rub for a few minutes-you will be surprised at the taste when you prepare it.

If you have a meat grinder put the beef bologna cut up an onion and pickles all through the grinder add mayo s/p. Super super yummy. For sandwiches.

Once it leaves out the store, even if the product(s) do not reach the parked car and they bring it back for whatever reason, it becomes trash. Health/sanitary reason. Rolos- yes, chocolate and caramel, but the caramel is soft and chewy. Not the stick to your teeth kind of chewy, but...mmmm ohhhh so good, soft and chewy!!! 😋

It has always bugged me, all they(the stores) have to do is give those plants some water and they could make 7 dollars on them, and yet they choose not to and just throw them in the trash...stupid..
It takes time to water those plants...rather toss than water.
Aldi do the same in England, except they are left on shelves til rotting virtually! They don't bother watering them, such a waste! Xx

-I used to DD back in the day but it's not something I can do anymore as I'm in a wheelchair. I used to be an on-site apt. manager near a university, so I found all sorts of cool stuff in empty apts as well as dumpsters. It's amazing how much great stuff students throw out.
At 4:05-I am dying with the State Police! I could have SWORN Frugal Daddy said,
“ There is a Priest over there”! In fact, as soon as I heard it I re-played it again, and I thought, “ Yup-he sure did say there is a priest over there!” LOL!

It never stops to astonish me how much waste there is. Can you imagine the piles of good useful food in every dumpster in the US? With my mobile food pantry, I pick up donated food at a couple of stores.I never get meat or dairy. I do not always get vegetables or fruit. I have families with children who are in real need! Unbelievable that the only thing stopping these little children from having a nutritious diet is a dumpster! Shame on this country for the waste! ALL of it should be donated!

oooo u are so lucky. every time i see u pull up to the Aldi or kroger dumpsters i wish i was right there with ya lol. dont forget...bring a crate...preferably two of the longer ones..that way if u have to hop IN u can get out easily. just prayin the grocers near me put out more stuff like fresh produce an all. meat, bananas, grapes...thats bout all i really need atm but whenever i find other stuff ill take it if it looks useful or attractive i guess. dive on kids :) be safe
