I think he is one below top tier, if he had a better way to launch punish big lows and his block punishing was a little stronger he would be top tier for sure
I plan on maining Hwoarang in tournaments and just in general. He’s such a tricky and irritating character to fight against in the right hands so, I need to practice mastering him as my first ever tekken 7 character and I can relate with his fighting style since, when I was younger I did Taekwondo classes for a fun hobby. I may actually get back into doing them again soon, that’s my hope at least. If not, I can at least have fun in the virtual arena using a Tekken character that uses possibly the most personal martial arts style to me since, I used to do it for awhile at one point in my life

You didn't show an optimal combo without walls and hopefully you'll read this lol would it be b3 f4 b3 ff4 3,4,b4 dash df3,4? Or d4,4 as a starter either way really

After floor break if i remember correctly you can do b4 rff backlash then Rage Drive. Good combo vid though mate!
