I love your videos. I think the prices are ridiculously high considering most companies have now gone remote and abandoned their offices.
I would say keep looking you might come across a better office at a cheaper rate. I hope this helped

Consider coworking spaces much cheaper. I know of quite big insta brands that use co working spaces
How do co-working spaces work when it comes to stock do you know?
From experience, I would suggest going for whatever you can comfortably pay for the next 12 months. Also, as long as the space fulfills all your needs rather than wants. You can always grow your office as you progress especially since they said you can move if you want. Prices are not bad either, I’ve seen cheaper and I’ve seen much more expensive ones of similar size.
Yeah, I know that would probably be the more wise thing to do tbh. I still think the prices are steep. For just a room lol
@@TadiiG Lol I had a little room a couple years back and realised I was paying 5 times more than what I could be paying for a co working space which would give me similar benefits. I had to question whether I needed the space physically or was it just for my convenience. I quickly realised my space should grow as the business grows and as my demands grow i.e. a larger team, the need storage, equipment etc. Eventually I cut costs and sacrificed my convenience so I can build more efficiently. However different businesses require different needs so a small space might work better for a clothing business. The only way a co working spot would work is if one had access to a cheap storage space nearby. If not I would definitely say the most cheapest spot that can fulfil the company needs like I said before i.e. team, storage, equipment and more.
People have suggested a co-working space, but I asked where would I put my stock and you have answered that for me. Maybe if I look into spaces that are less modern I will find something more suitable
Thank you so much for your perspective, I know for sure I can stay in my home office for a while longer but I feel if I want to scale, I do need a space to do so. It is a little cramped in there.
I personally would hold off as long as I can and get the one I want when I’m ready. However if you’ve outgrown your current working space then you have to do what you have to do
Its more a case of me wanting to bring people on board. I cant have them in my home studio :(

I think anything under 1k a month with considerable space is fair if nearby London.

Hey I saw your manufacturer video and found one on foursource. Is it regular to pay for orders through “Money Gram, Western Union, or bank transfer? Or don’t we handle that through foursource? Get back to me when you can I just want to double check so I don’t get scammed.
Hey, no my love always pay using Paypal or Escrow so that you have the blanket of protection should anything go wrong. It isn't uncommon for them to request payment this way but it isn't a safe way to pay xxx
What the best or recommended email hosting site for business in your opinion, gmail or microsoft outlook ?
Personally I use gmail. It’s £4.70 a month, I have no idea how much outlook is however I used to use outlook at work and it is the one widely used corporately xx
Hey, quick question. How do you manage returns?
Hey so I've only ever got 2/3 returns which I am so lucky for.
I kind of do it on a case by case bases which I intend on streamlining soon
First case - return was from France so she payed for the return, once it arrived and was in a good condition I refunded her. I use shopify so that was easy to do in a click of a button
Second case - was a UK exchange he want a smaller size, so I sent him a return label, he returned it then I sent out the other size (this proved to be expensive)
Third case - there was a problem with the garment, I refunded them immediately and didn't ask them to return the damaged goods.
Moving forward I will be streamlining my returns policy, since I will be offering free shipping, customers will need to pay to return their garment. I will invoice them a shipping cost so that I can make sure its a tracked service and send them the returns label. I will see if this works well. This will only be to UK customers. I will still do a case by case bases on international ordered.
I don't think I will be offering exchanges.
Anything bought at popup events/stores cant be returned or exchanged, unless the pop up is over a period of time and they comeback to it to return it if that makes since. Sale items cant be returned either.

@@TadiiG 😅 I believe you can do it 👍 I would definitely spend all my time there, if my English would be better. I just moved from Moscow to London and applied to Prince’s Trust program (knew about it from your videos, thanks). When I got first call from them, I asked about 5-10 times to rephrase first 2 questions (volunteer just repeated script without rephrasing it). They just needed to know my postcode and age 🤦♀️ so, now I’m really nervous because I really can stuck on such basic questions 😅 I hope my story helped to understand that you can be more confident
