    Question: you've mentioned training in hot and humid areas to help work against exhaustion, but what about in the cold?
    In cold weather someone can either be numbed up if they are not wearing enough, or have restricted movement from their warm, puffy jacket.

      We train some pretty odd looking single leg squat and full extensions on yoga blocks while having to pull a rope vs resistance. Full leg burners.
