Remember that how your shape is when you pass/receive a pass will have an effect. If you’re off balance then you won’t be able to control very well, that’s something that’s easy to work on but very very important to remember

When your shooting from the distance in these drills, try not to focus on how hard to kick the ball. Focus on your accuracy by striking the ball cleanly. The ball doesn’t need to be moving very fast to beat a keeper, it just needs to be placed into the corners. Once you get good technique, then you can start striking with more power.
You should also focus on leaning over the ball when you shoot. When you lean backwards, you will tend to strike underneath the ball and cause the ball to fly high and with backspin. Keep your body leaned over the ball to keep the shot hard and low.
You can already see the touch is becoming second nature to you great job. Quick question, have you considered becoming a defender? Your build and athleticism would already put you at a great starting point. Idk I can just see the potential at that position.

When you pass you lean backwards and you’re off balance, this is not good. You should find balance and from the foot you stand on and all the way up should be in a straight line. And if anything you should lean slightly forwards.
Always be in balance when you pass or shot the ball
Find a wall that you can practice on and with your left foot do 100 stiff or ferm wall passes that's when you pass the ball to someone with force.

My mate and i were just passing to each other over like 30-40 meters, just trying out all kind of kicks with both feet. You can also shoot against a wall to practice by yourself, this also helps your first touch alot. Keep up the good work!

I think that your hips are too tense, try to relax i bit more. And you're a lil anxious when you're about to shoot or pass, take your time, focus on the shooting/passing movement and not how fast you'll do it, you can work on that later. Also maybe a passing drill with first touch is better for you, passing without first touch can be reaaally hard sometimes. Otherwise GREAT DEVELOPMENT man, keep going!!!
One advice: When you shoot or pass lock your knee, that will make things easier. Also don't let your body be too far behind don't be off balance.

I like the passing drill but I feel if you start off with a more basic drill by just passing the ball without moving side to side you'd focus more on the passing part. A good way if you dont have a partner available is to just pass it to yourself against a wall and focus on smaller passes. Keep adjusting your foot till you stop misplacing passes, and play a lot of pickup.

Your doing great steady strides will get u there... you're just a bit too anxious and it makes you kinda tense. This affects your shape when receiving and passing just relax a bit more and you'll be fine.
Listen to the adjustments your trainer tells you, he sounds like he knows what he’s talking about. Use the advice he gave you on landing on the same foot when looking for power in your shot. Also, lean your body forward to shoot. You lean back often and it messes up your shot. Plant your left foot next to the ball and without leaning back, smash your laces through the ball and follow through.
Brazilians have amazing ball control, like Ronaldinho and a lot of them got to that level by training barefoot, maybe you should try to do a few drills like that and improve your ball control Brazilian tyle, and practice some Jogo Bonito

I think you have train at first your body control that’s very important to pass, to shoot or dribble better but i think you can do it.
Definitely, get your balance right and plant your feet into the ground right and the pass is a lot easier to get on target. The pass is the easy part but you need to train your body to stay ready, grounded and facing the other player with good balance and all your shots/passes will get better.
Also move to the ball, you can’t stand still and stretch out to pass the ball back, you learn to shuffle your feet, get your body right in-front of the ball and pass with your weight behind the ball, hard to do but I have faith!

Ngl I’m English and your shooting technique is better than any beginner and some experienced players I’ve seen over here and we live with the sport! The way you use your inside/laces is such an unnatural and difficult technique to learn but it seems to be your default setting, really impressed! Don’t force the passing, get your body right before you swing your leg to pass it back, balance and positioning is key, but I’m mad impressed with your starting level, really enjoying the videos!
