Those things are pretty sweet! Great idea for getting the car up and keeping the weight on the suspension. Ian and Victor always knock it out of the park when they come together on a project.

I knew that little V-dub was going to sound good
the low rider turned out nicely, very imaginative , the orange car is more my style. Those lift stands look pretty intriguing. looks like a sensible safety upgrade from jack stands when I have to get under my lowered car for any reason. I live in earthquake country, and because they are rare and generally mild, I don't really concern myself with that reality.
But I did see a report about some guy in the high desert that was crushed by a car that fell off of jack stands. Nobody knows exactly what happened, but there was a pretty good earth quake a couple of days before he was found, so there was some speculation that was the triggering event.

On an episode of FCG you had a car show at Gene Winfield's place. You mentioned that Gene was dealing with a medical issue and couldn't attend. What's Gene's latest status? Hale and hardy I hope.
Just a thought, but do you notice that people who wear tee shirts are less presentable than those who wear shirts with a collar? No one would say a thing about a tee shirt in a shop, but when doing public appearances one might think a classier collared shirt was called for.

Hey! Ian what’s happening to your vision of that chase that you had? Could you use the design of old chase to make a new chase of the same design of old one or you it much work to make that design. I know it’s much to easy to do other people’s ideas, but I think that to do something different is more better than doing someone else else’s idea. I do like your work. It different and fresh.
