It is pay to win. If you get the premium one, you get the character outright. That's not the p2w aspect however. Everyone else is getting the mats to craft her whereas premium is getting mats that will directly empower her. The others can get these mats too but it's much harder. That is directly buying power and hence p2w.

Those of us who lack the time can pay to keep up with those who have the time. (The other perspective) time vs money model unlike Diablo inf. Where money gets you exclusive content that directly affects player power. Exclusive being the marker for pay to win.
I purchased the awakened pack and have yet to receive it in game. Sent an email to support and they said to wait while it's under review so I'm putting the game down till I get my stuff.
So will all the people starting at f2p launch miss all rewards in S1 and S1 towers? Venomess in farmable but what about the cosmetics, pets, etc. Since you can only buy and retain a tower while it is running
Thanks for the comprehensive video! The fact that there is so much stuff locked behind battle passes makes me want to skip on this game, although I was really hyping it before.
I have the impression you are only missing out on fairly minor stuff though, like some skins and resources. new wayfinders and weapons will still be available after the season ended if I'm not mistaken
its all weapon skins, not weapons, decals, emotes etc, a few imbuements which allows you to run mutated dungeons more but you can craft ingame, and then the seasonal character parts.

if im gonna buy premium i can get all the weapon/class or just pet/mount and acess to the tower to get venomess
