Last guy's board is a perfect example of why holding onto doubloon pirate too long isn't a winning strat. They even had golden brann, if anything they should've had an advantage over Shady by having divine shield HP as well as more gold from building it up mid game, but end game they should be more worried about building the stats on board with other stat building units in place of doubloon.
You must embrace the tilt and take the highest risk to reward plays possible. Was on a 4 game streak of 4th and decided trust in the wisdomball and a double golden blaster. Used mutants to give them some health. Poor undead player didn't stand a chance.
Great vids learnt a lot while having fun. Can you do a debrief at the end? Doesn’t have to be anything long and your really good at explaining but sometimes in the later busier half of the game it’s difficult for a noob like me to understand some of the interactions. Just a brief note would be cool. Thanks Shady!
I don’t remember where, but think I remember Jeef once saying that he says he likes taking a free 1-cost spell if he buys Seer on turn 1 because it makes the turn 3 curve easier if he rolls a 2-cost spell. What’s your thoughts on that? Was it still better in this situation to try for money?
