I think it's to place over the wing doors so they don't fall down when you open them in your display
idk, maybe it's meant to be placed in front or behind one of the wheels to prevent the model from rolling while it's on a display

The spoiler also can be lifted open on the Model X 1/18th scale model too. Use the tool and carefully apply pressure from each side and it lifts up.

The Plastic clip is used to hold the falcon wing doors up. I think it fits from the rear of the wings and goes around both wing doors in the rear.
