For those who are interested, this guy is being sold on ebay currently, but at quite the hefty pricepoint. I bought one from there, so at least there IS a way to obtain it, as long as you don't mind paying more than it's worth.
Yup, bought mine on eBay a month or so ago. Just shipped yesterday. I can’t wait it actually looks better than I was expecting. I love the spine color.

I must say if this version does come out to Global Market, I feel it may actually come to San Diego Comic Con as we have seen them release that Special Radiation of the 89 version. The unfortunate thing again would be it's another moment of Exclusivity if my thinking comes to fruition. This idea only comes from the mindset of Japan only doing things that have worked in the past for them in terms of releasing exclusive edition within this line.
@@Nolan-y6s I agree. I am in the camp that believes exclusives are awesome and great for the collecting community. BUT not when it’s a version of the character or monster that it’s important in the source material. IE Godzilla charging and using his heat ray!
