I really like the JD 5045E and the NH rake as a unit, some nice thick hay too. First time seeing a New Idea 483 in action, neat looking bales of hay, did a good job. I hope you have a nice Sunday!
I love seeing the turning leaves while you are bailing hay, which looks great by the way, it sure is nice to be able to work in weather like you had in the video
That hay was a lot thicker than I thought it would be. Wish I could have helped, but we had a good vacation. I enjoyed watching but a little jealous I wasn't there.
Good Looking Late fall hay...I like my old case /new idea baler but i hate it when the string don't catch in the bale...I use the Orange Line and the fall hay makes it really hard to pick it up in that baler. I tell my customers that want me to use it for them that it's slower than my massey ferguson baler because of this....But i Like I do like using it.. I believe it would almost bale anything if i can get it shoved in the pickup and started tumbling. Have a great one
Yeah this twine was rotten on the exposed part and broke off on the first bale. Did ok after that one. As long as I’m not rushed I like that old baler. Especially in rough ground. Thanks for watching
@@khtractors Agree with you on Liking the Baler I keep mine around 1 because it is a 5x4 and my other one is 4x4 and 2 it just bales hay...like you say, if you ain't in a rush.
Great looking late fall hay Ben. I’m glad the weather held out so you could get it cut and baled. The baler works great. Enjoyable video Ben thanks.
Thank you!
Nice looking hay Ben.I guess hay season is over for 2024.Take care my friend, be safe and have a blessed day.🚜👏👍❤️🙏

That's a older bailer. But it seems to work pretty good. And it looks like you got some really nice looking hay off that field. Great video

Your community doing ok since the hurricanes with heavy rains ?
Yeah we were very fortunate, mostly just wind damage here. Thank you
What size bails are those. They seem small. We do 5’x6’ about 1800 lbs each. Thanks for sharing Ben .
They are a 4x4. Around here 4x4’s and 4x5’s are about all you see. Thanks for watching
How are you doing today oh ok
Doing great! Happy Birthday
