So beautiful there, what an amazing exprience to have gone and lived there and live truly in another way of life and language.
My exhusband was Colombian so it was interesting learning Spanish and learning and assimilating some of his culture, particularly fun was learning the language in speaking, HATED the classroom version of learning a language, so dry and clinical, Learning while in action is completely different and instantly rewarding,
Looks like an amazing guy, the religious aspects are always of interest to me too, particularly the mystical mind over matter type stuff in martial arts. guess I appreciate the story telling aspects of superstition and the deep mysteries of the world,

Ahh I loved how the granny gave him a suit to wear, so sweet. I like giving things to people too. Tolerance and respect of other people with their religious belief's in their company is only good manners but the theist beliefs of Islam in regards to women and homosexuals (as with Christianity) is horrible to me and I will debate it in forums, One to one is a different thing, people are more than religious texts and dogma, so differentiating from debating dogma and personality is different, shame when we make mistakes and get the two blurred, bit of self reproach with myself here, Respect to this man, he seems to have an amazing life and a great attitude to life. Maybe having limited contact with people has darkened my intellect, I think I'll walk with the dog in the woods this morning rather than studying all morning. I love the heavy rains, so full of energy and refreshing!

Birds nest soup, yuk, imagine the bat and bird shit brewed with bird salivia, is there some kind of quack medicine involved in this I wonder?
Thanks for sharing this documentary,it was spiritually and emotionally uplfting to watch, I wish I could live with an open door in my community but the reality is it would be too dangerous as a woman alone in western society, shame. I wish we could have more community spirit and connection like these people do
I have real respect for adventurers, the furthest I have experienced was leaving a town in Scotland for London and it was not an improvement the way his experience was, infact it was more socially reclusive and isolated in the concrete jungle.
You should tell us some more stories of your experiences in Malaysia, I liked your story with the lizard in the bushes that gave you a fright hahaha!
Take care Spartan life coach, enjoy your uploads immensely.

I am moved by his statement on the mountains where he says that the experience f the trust and kindness of the people was overwhelming and how he wished the world could be like that, me too. it restores my faith in my own emotions and nature to hear this man, it so often feels like the world is alien in regard's to having this instinctive desire to want to be kind and take care of others, it is often encouraged to be suppressed in our society and it makes me heart sick and reclusive as i find my natural traits are neither valued or respected but rather ridiculed as a weakness and usurped. I cant help myself so I routinely withdraw to my cave.
I would like to hug this man here, I wish I could have friends like this, you were very lucky to meet him,
Emotional ending, lovely demonstration of the majesty of nature and a positive revelation of the human heart and soul.

Love this travel show. A shame we don't get it in North America other than via UA-cam. :) I don't think most of the Malay's know he's "Bruce Lee". :)
