I have a few critiques here, firstly, when it comes to RSI strategies the chart and RSI periods are critical. You have your chart set to the daily time frame so that implies you are not trading intraday. In that case you should change the RSI length property to 4. Next you need to plot the 50, 100, and 200 SMA onto the chart. You need to use these 4 indicators together and watch for signs of divergence and convergence. If you see a long setup you want to ensure that the security is in an uptrend by counting the consecutive green bars (or above strong support and above MA) and you want to ensure the 4 period RSI is above 75. Lastly, before you place a trade you want to ensure that you write a pinescript backtest and the backtest demonstrates an 80%+ historical success rate.
This is for illustration purposes, and DTA is no fan of indicators anyway. If you have a better indicators combination then you should make videos to that effect instead of attempting to correct those who don't use them.

Trend on 4H chart is the best trend guide for majority of forex traders( if one keeps trades for 2-5 days. By the time trader realizes that trend on daily chart is up, market has already gone up about 3-5 days & if you ask supercomputer for the mathematical odds, computer tells you that odds are negative right from the start. Another reason is that trend on 1H chart can flip on A dime & your money is gone.Trend based on the last 5-10,four hourly candles has enough players behind it so that it would not flip on A dime, so trader has decent chance to make something without buying overpriced merchandise. Entry is on 15M price action. Seek your wisdom?

Hey Ben, I'm not sure you really know @ divergence direction using RSI. Getting it backwards
At the 9-minute mark of your video the divergence you show isn't correct. When RSI makes a higher high when the price makes a lower high its bullish, not bearish. I check a few times with different traders Wysetrade explains perfectly.

great information... I don't use the RSI but I know there is a way to use RSI in trending market conditions which is the 20-60 & 40-80 way ... the theory goes like this ... if the market is up trending you will find the rsi oscillating between 40 and 80 and you can look for buy entries when it gets to down to 40 ... and vice versa 20-60 for down trending markets .... but of course it is better to be combined with price action and/or candlestick patterns
