He didn't torqued clutch and variator nuts to specs. Impact gun do not have calibration for proper torque. He should used a torque wrench with the proper calibration for those nuts. Please make sure to let them know about this important step.
Well this guy's channel, travelmoto, if he reads the comment section, should tell the SYM dealership, sort of being a responsible consumer.

Πολυ καλη δουλεια μπραβο σε ολους εγω παντως προτιμω να σε ακουω να σχολιαζεις γιατι τα λες ωραια ,και μην ακους αυτους που σκουζουν ,το επιπεδο σου ειναι πολυ ψηλο
Ίσως χρειαζόταν και ένα γρασαρισμα στους οδηγούς ροπής. Πολύ χρήσιμο βίντεο σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ.👍

@@nikossinapalos3705 Όντως ναι, δεν χρειάζεται. Άνοιξα εγώ το δικό μου HD300 στα 18500 km και ήταν οκ από γρασο. Ίσως θέλει πολύ αργότερα.

I admit, it LOOKS simple enough, but would still chose not to DIY in case I missed a step or left something out, even with a kit from Dr. Pulley, I would go to someone like him who does this day in, day out. Have the job done right the first time and be happy to pay the guy.

yes, suckers who pay for bad work happens all the time.
every maintenance schedule for the cvt MUST take apart the clutch. clean and regrease all components.
use a torque wrench to tighten bolts to spec. big no no.
How much price of this scooter ?

deglazing pads and scuffing bell is good
but absolutely no respect who dont use a torque wrench to tighten bulbs.
youre disqualified as a competent mechanic-youre out.
btw, use a thin layer of anti-seize around the edge of the aluminum case. will remove itself very quickly next time.
OK, I see what you meant in your comment to me. Is Clymer still in business making shop manuals for noobs like me? I gave my last one to the buyer of my old Yamaha
shaft drive, this belt drive maintenance is new to me, so not up to speed on CVTs . If Clymer went out of business what about Haynes?
