Thanks for the clarification, I think what I wanted to convey is that majority of Anti-Seizure medications inhibit Na channels. In researching this more, Levetiracetam’s MOA is not fully understood or delineated (like many things in medicine!) - though you are correct that there could be GABA/Ca channel blockade. As there is a grey zone with the MOA (even FA says it “may” inhibit GABA/Ca), the MOA aspect may not be as high-yield. That being said, I really appreciate your clarification!
