Soha Fatima Hi!! :) If you look on my UA-cam channel, there are 2 "behind the scenes" videos showing some of the process that goes into producing an animation dance. What you have to do is choreograph/design your part of the dance and the animated part. Then you have to hire a production/animation team that has a videography studio and can do green screen work. Then you have to tell your production team all of your choreography and designs second by second for the dance and work with them on actually producing it. It's a very technically involved and long process. Plus it's extremely expensive....in the tens of thousands of dollars. Thanks for your comment! I hope my response helped! :)
