Now we're talking "high heels" - after all; that's the name of the game, right ?
These are some serious shoes; I like 'em a lot. I'd prefer a single sole over any other option, platforms for me break the aesthetics of a heel.
I don't want to be a Debbie Downer here, but those heels are not in the neighborhood of 6". 6" heels are about 150 mm. This woman wears a size 7, I believe, which means that the heel size would be taller than her foot is long. The heels are not 130mm (5.12") either. I couldn't quite tell from the angle of the camera but these heels are no more than120mm (4.71") and since her shoe size is 7, these are most likely 100mm (known as 4" heels. But, 4" or 6", what difference does it make really. She looks and walks in them beautifully!

As long as you probably do understand maths, you don't understand shoe sizes, please check the insole sizes for 7 size shoes and redo the homework, man. ;-) Those are not just 4" for sure. (4" heel is boring and those are not). In her case I love the white top more though. :-D
Shoes look different with foot size. An average size model would be ideal but if not list the foot size.
