Wild night for Frankie’s Debut! Tough break during the first race…always sucks getting caught up in someone else’s mess. Great drive and recovery for race 2 man! Speaks volumes about the effort and dedication! Crew busted ass to get Frankie back out there! Hats off to them! Looking forward to following along this season….go get em this coming week!

Was watching on flo and mannn some really tough breaks you had. Obviously that one restart where they all botched it and you got screwed. And it seemed like damn near every restart you got stuck up top and the sealer they put down didn’t help the top groove lol. But regardless this video was wicked cool getting to see the whole day and the in car helmet cam was sick. You were wheeling it in the second twin! Awesome video man hope you get some luck to go your way next time out. Cheers bro 👍🏼

Great content loved it! Man I miss going to my home track on Saturday nights (Summerville Speedway). Watching this brings back so many memories. LH you did a great job. You going to have bad nights and a lot more great nights.

That’s the plan, i have all my recording devices needed and had planned on doing it for this week, but apparently i needed one more adapter cord. It’s ordered now so hopefully we will have that for this week!
Hell of a rebound in race two. But, the “country music star” fucking up the national anthem was the highlight of the night for me.

If I was a NASCAR Cup driver, I would also run a car in this series cause it looks like a lot of fun and a great way to continue honing your skills. These girls that drive like Deegan & Decker need to spend more time in cars like these if they ever plan to make it to the big show in NASCAR and be worth a damn....
Back in the day cup drivers made many appearances at local tracks! Hopefully we see more of it in the future than we have in the last 20 years

Good run my man in the second race coming from the back to the front. 14.54 was a damn good qualifying time considering pole was .39 and the track record. Car look like it could not hold the bottom in the first race. Is there a huge bump at the bottom in between 3 and 4 ? We rolled in 10 deep from Kannapolis to support you brother! Good Run. Hope to get down to the pits so we can meet you sometime this year.

@@LandonHuffmanRacing Yea most definitely will so quick question Was you around the Tracks back when Mike Skinner and Setzer and them boys was making their rounds around our Area I'm 39 I wasn't aloud in Pits after herby pool blew up at the pit entry of turn 4 so u had to be 16 with Nascar Ls this was in the late 80s best racing I ever did see at Carway

As a fan in the stands that night I was thinking the same thing. How does a country music star forget the words to the national anthem. As for racing at hickory eh just ain't as good as it used to be. We only went because my daughter begged me to go. I've always thought TRI-COUNTY was the better of the 2 tracks in our area.
Racing at hickory is fantastic, it’s lacking early this year because of the sealer put down on the track. That will wear off shortly and it will be great side by side racing. Tri county had great racing, and now the entire track is paved so it will be more one groove than any place around until it gets worn in
How do I get into this sport?
Is the outside usually that bad at Hickory?
No it’s because they put sealer down on the track. Outside will be much better once it wears off after a few weeks

Carnage like that happens when you have a single groove racetrack. Everyone trying to get down because there is absolutely no grip on the outside.
That happened because of a missed shift, not because people were trying to get down though. Track is multi groove normally but they put a sticky sealer down to help with weepers and it gave the track a ton of grip. It will be worn off in a few weeks and back to normal

Watched on FloRacing. Whoever that numb nuts was behind you that never lifted during that crash needs to buy iRacing. He'd love running people over like everyone else does nowadays lol, but my god, how many times can one guy get stuck on the outside on restarts in one night? Nice 8th place in the 2nd feature considering you basically started dead last because of the massive wreck that the Flo camera man missed while he was eating his hot dog... lol.
I noticed they missed the dang wreck on the broadcast too lol. Yeah every time i restarted in the top, someone wouldn’t go or miss a shift, then finally it caused the wreck. Frustrating but we will rebound!
