Banana Cheesecake Bars

  • Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
    1 tsp Baking soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Cinnamon powder
    1/2 cup Dark brown sugar
    1/2 cup White sugar
    1/2 cup Melted butter
    2 Large eggs
    1 tsp Vanilla
    1 Tbsp Oil
    1/2 cup Mashed Bananas
    Cheesecake
    225 grams Cream Cheese
    1/4 cup White sugar
    1 Large egg
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 to 35 minutes.
    P.S . I forgot to mention in my video that I save 1/2 cup banana mixture for toppings.

    They must have used tiny bananas because 4 was way too much. Wasted almost 2 cups of mooshed bananas.

      I'm sorry, but here in the Philippines, the bananas are not very big.

    Left mine in for 30 mins but it was not fully cooked and i did it in a dark tin.
